A steamy take on the romance of Persephone and Hades brings the heat in this new romance manga!
In the Realm of the Gods, new goddess Persephone spends her days tending to her fields of flowers. Every new sprout comes at the cost of an old one withering and dying--which is how she meets the handsome but taciturn Hades, who visits to collect the dead.
Persephone grieves for the death of her beloved plants, but Hades's warmth and encouragement touch her heart. Persephone learns Hades is a victim of the Gods' conspiracy, and she offers up her own body to save the Lord of the Underworld! Can their passion stand against all of Olympus?
love me a good hades x persephone retelling. I could use a little less of the ‘your virginity is a delicate flower you should save for your husband’ talk, but in the context of the story/gods/setting it does well to set hades apart. spice was great, though this kind of censorship (white blob lol) makes me cackle.

I just want a Persephone that isn't ignorant of her body and its functions? Please? The art was gorgeous and the story was an interesting take, but I am so tired of the stupid uwu smol bb Persephone characterization.
The beginning had some real potential, but sadly none of it came to fruition. The art is undeniably beautiful; it's so elaborate and pleasing to look at. I love the character designs. I'm just unhappy that their love story is as flat as it is! Hades is a boring, lovesick puppy and Persephone is yet another naive, mindless female lead - together they are lifeless and severely lack chemistry! They spend so much time confessing their undying love for each other that that's all there is to their dynamic...
Sometimes you just want some cheesy smut and this one did the trick. Call me a sucker for the plastic wrapped manga at my local Barnes and Nobels, but I just can't help myself. I was totally taken in my by title, it was just so over the top, I had to see how ridiculous it would be.
Persephone is just the little goddess that likes to grow flowers until the flowers die. Who collects them? Well, Hades of course. I appreciate instead of humans, they used flowers or that would have been a different genre.
The magna was 100% smut, no real story, but that is okay. It was so over-the-top and cheesy, I couldn't help by smile.
Not sure what the second volume will be about, but I'm curious!
Loved this!! There are many Hades & Persephone inspired books out there but I have never really been to drawn to those retellings. The cover definitely got me with this one with the promise of spice & it didn’t disappoint!
The art style is so beautiful ~ Hades is hot & Persephone is just so cute!! Love how her adorable personality is depicted in this. Also quite pleased with how smutty this volume was 🥵🔥🔥 looking forward to continuing this series!!
Legimately, that was a wild ride. I love Persephone's character a lot and I'm just going to say that Hades is super sexy/hot. Seeing the two of them interact is just wild to witness. Can say that I do not like Zeus at all. Seems like a creepy pervert more than anything in my opinion.
Loved this take of hades and Persephone! Smutty and Hades didn't take Persephone against her will. Hades was possessive but wanted to give her free will. I really enjoyed the romance and smut.
