Disappointed
Not a lot of useful information and very little explanation to what they do talk about in this book.Very disappointed with this book as it is basically just used as a sales pitch to get you to buy there course.

The book is more of an introduction to the Jose Silva Program. They give you bits and pieces, but nothing substantial that you can use.
