Eddie and the Family travel to Venezuela to finally stop the mysterious organisation that they know as the Oddly Dressed Gentleman. En route they meet with a Succubus, a Valkyrie and the children of Angrboda in the fulfilment of an obscure prophecy.
The Curse Of The Goddess is the third book in The Rules Of Magic Series.
And it's a hell of a read, it picks the reader up by the throat and doesn't let go until the final word.
I tore through this book and to be honest it was easy as the pace is a blistering one, filled with the most incredible action sequences, both magical, guns and physical. As Eddie and his found family battle their way through the countries of this world and the lands of magic, told with two separate and yet connected storylines this had the potential to be jarring and pace destroying and yet the author skillfully avoids that and you find yourself being sucked into the adventure. You really find yourself caring for Eddie and his eclectic family.
All culminating in the pulse pounding, mad controlled chaos of a finale that more than delivers! Everyone is involved and everyone gets a moment to shine in the spectacular ending whether it's a Giant Golden Bear, a cabal of witches an ancient deity or a Jaguar spirit of the forest. If you are in the mood for a superior, intelligent urban fantasy with epic twists then The Rules Of Magic is for you

Brilliant adventure!
What an epic read! Book 3 of the trilogy is outstanding. The character evolution makes this book hard to put down. I got a real kick out of seeing the characters step into the best versions of themselves. The book is action packed and I hope the author does a few spinoffs!
