Five patients at Ighosia Falls Institution have multiple personality disorder. Every one of those alternate personalities is delusional. Who is who in the real world, and where have the delusions taken their alternate identities? What is the mysterious Sunsetter they keep talking about? And why is the world collapsing around them?
I enjoyed this book, especially the author's writing style, though the numerous POVs did get a little tiring and difficult to follow after a while. Also, I know it was left purposefully unedited (according to the author) but I found all the typos really distracting in this otherwise good book. I liked the story and followed the fantasy parts with much interest. The ending was maybe a little rushed and required a healthy dose of suspension of belief that they all ended up in the same facility at the same time and with the same diagnosis. It would be an amazing fantasy novel on its own if it were written without all the present-day realistic parts.
