★★★★! The Seduction, part 3 of 4. The Seducer & his target are caught up in a game of vengeance, but who is running the show?
These novellas should be read in order:

In The Seduction, part 1-2 for-hire seducer Vaughn had been engaged to seduce recent college graduate and paralegal, Keely Fawes. A big part of story was figuring out who was behind it all and why? Soon unexpected news puts a huge target on Keely’s back while Vaughn’s seduction got complicated when their attraction got blurred by emotions. All along Vaughn lived up to his name taking Keely on a journey of sexual exploration offering up plenty of tantalizing sex.
The Seduction, part 3 Vaughn and Keely are off to the big Apple to sort out Keely’s life. Story also delves into Vaughn’s past and his mission of vengeance. Meanwhile the dark forces set on hurting Keely are closing in and when their past and present collide everything comes to a blow… with a suspenseful roller-coaster of events and emotions and a shocking cliffhanger ending!

Well.....I was really hoping this was going to be the last book in the series.....
But alas, it's not. The Seduction 4 will conclude Vaughn and Keely's story.
Keely and Vaughn are headed to NY where Keely is set to take over Ashcroft Industries. Now correct me if I'm wrong here...but Keely was a paralegal prior to gaining this inheritance. Now, how she went from that to CEO in no time, I find a bit puzzling.
But you know what, the hot dirty sex almost made up for it.
A bit more of Vaughn's past is revealed and his connections to Ashcroft.
And Vaughn.....
You knew your original agenda was going to come back and bite you in the ass.
Will your "nine inches" be enough for Keely to forgive you???

3.5 STARS
The first 60% or so of this novella was all about the sex. All about Vaughn wanting to dominate Keely and show her who's boss, as if I'd ever question that anyways! Tied up, bent over, blindfolded...it was all mild BDSM but a little too much for me. I have no problem with the BDSM, no. It's having the majority of the book devoted to sex. What happened to the suspenseful and addictive plot? The second novella was great in that sense, giving us a good story filled with questions.
But just as I finished that thought, the book took off in the direction I craved. The suspense was back, the cards on the table, the plot thickening like crazy...that's what I'm talking about! A Lot of stuff happens here and all in the last 40%! Grrrr! But at least it happened right? I don't know how things are going to go for Keely and Vaughn from here on out. Keely does prove her mettle by showing her titanium backbone, which made me proud. The ending is a huge cliffhanger--no surprise there. So that leaves me dying for the conclusion in book 4. I do wish we'll be treated to more meat on the story's bones. The sex is hot but as long as it doesn't dominate, excuse the pun. The story still needs to take precedence.
My other little issue, though very minor, is the sudden price hike for this novella. I paid $3 for it when the first two were only $.99! I'm assuming the 4th and final installment will be $3 as well, for 88 pages? A little steep. Regardless the author has to make money, so it's only a minor issue for me.
I'm not sure when the conclusion releases, but hopefully soon! This is a different serial, infused with some great suspense and likable characters. I like Vaughn and find myself rooting for him to persevere, under all that bravado is a hurting man. Keely is great, can't complain about her, and I really hope Brent gets his! Looking forward to book 4!

3.5 - 4 ★'s
Keely is off to the Ashcroft mansion to get a grasp on her new life and Vaughn is going with her for support. Keely doesn't know that Vaughn has an ulterior motive and Vaughn's not so sure he still does.
I'm still really enjoying this series but I felt like this book was stretched out and seemed to use a lot more sex scenes as filler. I was really hoping to get more answers and while we do get some, there's still a lot left unexplained.
Vaughn is still the amazing sex god but...I really am wanting to see his softer side. At this point, we definitely need to get to know more of him.
Keely is great...she has stepped up to the plate and then some. I loved how she handled herself with Brent. I just wish things would have been a bit different with Vaughn.
Things really get heated with Brent and Keely finds some more clues at the mansion. Cam is also a nice addition but right now, I'm not sure if he's a good guy or a bad guy.
Of course, there's a cliffhanger and what a cliffhanger it is! Was it Brent? or did Isabelle have something to do with it? Can't wait for the next book to find out!

I need 2 read these books in a cold shower
Shit is goin down good this book was good Keely is in New York learnin her job as CEO 2 Ashcroft Industries but that slim ball Brent is tryin 2 plot stuff against her but Keely is not takin shit from him anymore she is finished with his shit she is lucky 2 have Vaughan with her helpin her but then the bomb goes of when she learns about him an she is left totally heart broken an left 2 deal with al this shit on her own but after what she as been through through the last few weeks she is getting stronger but her trust is totally shattered an it's goin 2 b hard 2 build back up
Again this book was really hot I honestly didn't think it could get hotter but god did it these 2 know how 2 go at it they can't keep there hands of each other an will do it anyway it's just crazy but Vaughan is 1 hot man an who wouldn't but I have 2 say he did piss me off is this book did he seriously thing she wouldn't find out an I felt so sorry 2 her

Book 3 picks up after Keely has come into some money. She has gone from a struggling, overworked paralegal to being able to afford anything her heart desires.
Keely heads from LA to upstate New York to embrace her new fortune, and her first stop is to Ashcroft Manor, her new home she has inherited. She takes Vaughn with her for emotional support. Not everyone in her new life is welcoming her with open arms.
While in New York Keely really shows what she's made of. She's spunky, tough, and determined to not fall flat on her face in her new situation. She is challenged, and she meets it head on! Through all of her stress, Vaughn continues to help distract her, and take her mind off of things with his fabulous skills in the bedroom, the limo, the shower, etc. etc. etc.! ;))

Although I did enjoy it, this third book was not my favorite in the series. The first 70% was literally all dominating sex. I even got annoyed of it after awhile. I wanted Keely to grow a backbone and say no to Vaughn, but she never does. I mean seriously how much can her vagina take! Keely and Vaughn had sex anywhere and everywhere! It was a little too much and it was lacking the plot that I had come to enjoy in the previous two books. But the last 10% really saves this story and it kicks it up a notch. The suspense and intrigue comes at you full force which makes it impossible not to read the fourth installment.

Well D, I know we both agree that sometimes a alpha male like Vaughn kinda scares us away with how brutal he could be….Beautifully Brutal In this case…OMG I love this man and his beyond filthy mouth. And even with all his faults because let’s admit he did not start this thing with Keely with the upmost of honesty. At this point who cares….HE’S HOT !!!!
OMG Dav! I am not usually this type of alpha male girl but dump me in an ice cold bath. He is so filthy delicious! Ridiculously hot!!!!! And no, his initial intentions were so unworthy but in this 3rd installment of The Seduction, we really are starting to see a softer, more humane side to him. And boy if that doesn’t make him even hotter than before.
I was at a place where I was getting tired of reading books with so much sex and not enough story … HELLO major story line here. Every time I turn the page it was another WTF moment. This story just keeps on getting thicker and thicker with this CRAZY plot.
I absolutely agree Dav, which is why I think I had been turned off of characters such as Vaughn but this story line is quick paced, a real page turner. The twists and deception in this story keeps me wanting more. I know some readers aren’t fans of cliffhangers but I love Roxy Sloane’s. They couldn’t end any other way. I can’t wait to see where she takes this story.
It looks like our leading lady is not so sweet and innocent the way people think she is. I’m impressed with her backbone and not backing down to any threats these people think they can get away with. Our Keely is one sexy but strong woman.
She is! I love that about her. She is incredibly strong but there is an innocence and a desire to her that balances her character out. She isn’t wishy washy but she isn’t a stone cold B*CH either.
This whole story just blows me away and has me hangin’ on for more. Each book has an amazing cliffhanger and the next book just keeps getting better and better. Seduction 3 is brilliantly written with a shocking story that I hope turns out the leading lady gets her man and can forgive him in the end. But you would forgive Vaughn for his dirty, dirty ways in how this all started. Let’s not forget that he is also about to get some serious answers to his own life.
Absolutely! When I first started this series, I went in blind not knowing what I was getting into. It turns out—The Seduction Series has been an incredible ride. I love the characters. I love the sexy heat of the story. Roxy Sloane does a fantastic job of mixing the hotter than hot sex with a fast-paced, suspenseful story line. When you get to the end of each book in the series, the questions that arise leave you wanting the next installment like a thief wants to steal.

*sigh*
There's actually a decent plot here. Too bad the hero was unlikable and a little sleazy. I'm all for a dirty-talking hero but he was bordering on cheesy. Not to mention the characters were a little two-dimensional for my taste. Which is again a shame because plot-wise, this had a lot of potential. I just can't get over how sleazy the hero was.
I would still read book 4 though because I wanna know what happened after that cliffy. :(
There's actually a decent plot here. Too bad the hero was unlikable and a little sleazy. I'm all for a dirty-talking hero but he was bordering on cheesy. Not to mention the characters were a little two-dimensional for my taste. Which is again a shame because plot-wise, this had a lot of potential. I just can't get over how sleazy the hero was.
I would still read book 4 though because I wanna know what happened after that cliffy. :(

Some truths cannot be hidden forever and some can’t be told, the must be realized.
Keely has embraced what life has handed to her, which an unbelievable amount of money, a CEO position and an evil step sibling that wants to take it all away. She travels to New York where the estate and corporate offices are located along with Vaughn, who offers her support with his own ulterior motives.
While there, Keely gives her full trust to Vaughn while pushing her limits and at the same time slashing away his emotional protective armor, making him doubt his original motives and moving him into the unwanted territory of feelings and love.
But the truth has a way of coming out, both past and present. Loyalty and trust are tested, new players emerge and shift positions, Keely finds herself having to take stand, make difficult choices and while unknowing her life is in peril, leaving this filthy mystery in a shocking cliffhanger.
The main reason for my rating is because at times it feels like smut and I’ve had a difficult time empathizing with the characters. But the intrigue is well incorporated in this seductive serial and I’m looking forward to reading its last installment.

This series is KILLING ME!!! Seriously, why in the heck am I buying snippets of a story for $3.00 each that take me 1/2 hour to read?! Breaking a normal-sized book into smaller pieces and charging for each one has got to be one of the biggest scams ever and shouldn't be allowed - I challenge all the big companies like Amazon and B&N to refuse to do this anymore!
So, you're probably asking yourself "why doesn't she just NOT buy the books to begin with? Could it be because the story is so compelling she just can't help herself?" No, actually the story is pretty lame, more like a quick afterthought used as an excuse to string a bunch of pornographic scenes together. "Could it be because the heroine is so strong that she's rooting for her and wants to see what happens to her?" No, actually if I have to read one more scene where Keely whispers and stutters while breaking eye contact instead of speaking loudly and looking the other person in the eye confidently I think I'll scream! "Could it be because the hero is so tragic and yet pure-hearted she wants him to have his HEA?" (snickering) Uh.....no. Vaughn is pretty unimpressive and seems kind of dense. It's his life's mission to "destroy" the company of the man he believes did his father wrong? All without knowing all the facts and getting the story straight? That plan got old in the first book, especially since he never really does anything to implement it, just keeps telling himself he'll "destroy" the company of the man who ruined his father. "So is she going to cave and buy the last book in this series?" Yes, damn me, I am!!!

5 DANGEROUSLY SEXXY STARS!
OMFG! This book was off the charts good and so explosive. I will have to say that this is probably the best one yet! This book kept me on the edge of my seat until the end. Oh man, that ending... I NEED MORE NOW!
This book picks up where book two left off. Keely is headed off to meet the adopted children and learn her role as the new CEO. She asks Vaughn to go with her and he is more than happy to accept. When they arrive, Keely feels out of place but as she adjusts to the life as CEO and the rich and famous, we see her start to gain a back bone, confidence, and fit right in. Vaughn is by her side every step of the way offering her help, confidence, and "ways" to take care of the stress. But what happens when secrets are revealed?
Vaughn has developed true feelings for Keely and vice versa but when revalations are revealed, it will take their bond and trust to push through. But when Keely learns the secrets of Vaughn, she is devastated and pushes him away.
What will Keely do about the company? WIll Brian blackmail her into gaining control of the shares? What is going on between Isabella and Brian? And the most important question is will Keely forgive Vaughn? And how hard is Vaughn going to fight for Keely?
The sex between these two was OFF THE CHARTS HOT in this book. They pushed so many boundaries in this book. The chemistry between them is amazing too. I actually feel bad for Vaughn and hope Keely makes the right decision!
And no worries y'all, the next installment will be the final installment in this series! ;) Though this does end on a jaw-dropping cliffhanger!

This was inching towards a 2 star review but that ending knocked it up one star. Nice angsty goodness in the revelation scene with Vaughn. He did a bit of groveling but still needs to do more. I actually felt like he was truly sorry for all he had done and I hadn't felt that through most of this book.
I loved that Keely grew a backbone and tore Brent a new one. Good for her.
Couple of complaints:
The scene with the blindfold and belt, etc., is not my cuppa. I don't find any of that romantic. I could have done with out that. The scenes minus all the bdsm stuff are much more enjoyable.
The "c" word! I hate that word. In my mind it is a derogatory description for the female anatomy and shouldn't be used in a sex scene. It was used so often in this book. Ugh.
The back door action weirded me out and I certainly did not like Vaughn's "And I mean it baby. You're going to feel me tear that a** up inside, every single inch." Uh, not really an advertisement for having the back door action.
I hate the phrase "blowing my load." Juvenile to me. Must be a manwhore thing.
My favorite line: I remember Keely's look of betrayal when she realized the truth: that I'm a lying sack of shit who played her from the start.
Yes, you were, Vaughn!!! Glad you finally realized it.
So, let's see how Vaughn does in book 4 when Keely truly needs him and not in a sexual way!

This was the book in the series that contained all the sex, good, bad, and overkill. It started with sex, then a convo, more sex, some random plot, more sex, growly H, some shopping, then some more sex, then some stuff I just skimmed through ;) and then more sex, some implied incest, more sex, then a bit of plot, then sex, lies, and videotape...and then...BAM...buy another book to end this torture.
The plot.
It was ok...all in all, pretty predictable, if not ridiculous in places. The h actually makes it nearly impossible to believe. I take it back. There's no "nearly" about it. She wasn't capable of any of this, no growth shown by author for her to have "found" herself. Unless it's supposed to be in the amount of sexual domination that set her inner CEO free. I bet Wharton would love to know how she managed that.
The h is just TSTL and there's not much more to say than that. She goes from overwhelmed, under confident, paralegal to a top notch, society-aware, CEO. Ummmm??

OMG! I just finished my ARC for this book and I'm screaming for Book 4, I don't know if I can wait until July 14 Roxy!!!! The cliffhanger!!!! This book will have you on the edge of your seat it is SO intense. And the sex in this book surpassed the last one if that can be believed! Hot and raunchy!!! Vaughn is getting feelings for Keely, she is so getting to him! Kelly is a very dirty girl in the bedroom, the perfect match for Vaughn. Keely is coming into her own as she meets the Ashcroft siblings and shareholders of the company she has inherited. She finds papers and pictures which has her questioning why her Dad sent her Mom away years ago. And there are pictures of Vaughn's Dad but she doesn't know. To truly understand what is happening between Vaughn and Keely you MUST read from the beginning.
Roxy once again has done a fantastic job! I've been on the edge of my seat since the beginning of this story and this, wow this part has totally knocked me on the floor. I had to grab my jaw off the floor literally! Twists and turns from each character has me in a whirlwind of OMG. The ending left me screaming NO! Who is the real enemy? That's to be continued but what I feel is it's always the person you least expect. Do I believe that's the case for this story? Maybe! Time will tell until the next part to the story.

Intense is probably the one word that keeps popping up in my mind when I think about the latest in The Seduction serial. The sex is even hotter and down right dirtier than previous parts ;) which I loved...No spoiler's here, but I will say ladies please make sure you have plenty of panties because you are sooo gonna need them... But what intrigued me the most is seeing Keely rise above the bulls**t that is thrown her way when stepping into her new life. And the suspense that develops is amazing. I feel honored and privileged to have gotten a chance to read this before it's release and look forward to the final installment... please tell me it's not far away :)
