Playing All The Angles
Dominic Phillips is an enjoyable distraction from fashion designer Eve D’Amico’s loneliness, but there’s never been anything more between them than hot sex. Since he desires no commitment from her either, it’s pretty much the perfect arrangement…except for the fact that he’s dating her sister Isabelle.
Eve’s grown used to being seen as the promiscuous black sheep of her family ever since an unplanned pregnancy at age fourteen, and Isabelle is the only one in the D’Amico clan who doesn’t treat her like a second class citizen. Eve doesn’t exactly revel in the idea of hurting her sister if the truth ever comes out.
Just when she starts hitting it off with the sexy new neighbor next door, her world is turned upside-down when Dominic reveals his plans to marry Isabelle. As if things weren’t complicated enough, life decides to throw another surprise her way, and Eve is suddenly trapped with another secret to add to a much more shocking one from her past, both of which threaten to destroy every relationship she’s ever hoped to have. She must soon decide whether to reveal the truth and save her sister from a man who’s incapable of commitment, or to keep her lips sealed and secure her own place in the family. Playing All The Angles is an entertaining contemporary romance story that follows the family drama and romance dilemmas between sisters Eve and Isabelle D'Amico and professional motorcross racer Dominic Phillips.
Author Nicole Lane weaves an intriguing tale set in London that easily draws the reader into the multi-layered lives of the three D'Amico sisters: Alora, Eve, and Isabelle. With a wonderful mixture of family drama and steamy romantic dilemmas, the reader can't help but follow the trials and tribulations in the sisters' lives. The reader will definitely find themselves swinging back and forth between which sister they will like or dislike, each of their lives are fascinating in their own way. This is definitely not your typical contemporary romance, it is a wonderful story about the love between sisters and all that it entails. It is a fast paced story that will simply keep you hooked until the surprising conclusion!
Playing All The Angles is a fun contemporary romance story that has just the right mixture of humor, drama, and romance that will keep the reader thoroughly entertained!

This book was a gift from Nicole Lane and Paranormal Romance & Authors That Rock for an honest review. This story is so heartwarming. It has ups and downs along the way. I actually loved every character in this book. My favorite characters are Eve and Isabelle. I think I them so much because they are so different. Eve is so loving to everyone. Isabelle could care less about others really. Isabelle tries to stay away to not cause any heartache to anyone. She feels like she has to stay away. I am happy that all 3 of these sisters found someone to love them. They all deserved love that's my opinion. I hope you will enjoy this book as much as I did. Nicole please keep up the awesome writing.

This book continually surprised me. When I first started reading about a woman that is sleeping with her sister’s boyfriend, I thought where the hell are we going with this? How could any reader stand behind Eve and try to follow her journey when she was so crass, so cruel, so unlikable. But...but...I actually got it. I got her. And as we keep reading, and as layers of not only Eve, but her sisters and entire family, get peeled back, I started to fall in love with this book. The big reveal was very shocking to read about, but it let all the pieces fall into place. I highly recommend this novel.
