Confused at best
I read this in one sitting so it’s not a lengthy book, which was quite a relief as the grammar is terrible, there are a lot of spelling and errors and some half finished sentences. Terms are confused (Fahrenheit is mostly used but Centigrade sneaks in too) and some terms are not explained. It would be very easy to become confused, especially as things like pH, Brix and Specific Gravity are obviously not well understood by the author.
