a must read for would-be conflict coaches

This is the definitive book in conflict coaching with a model built by Cinnie Noble from the ground up. You won’t find this type of process and knowledge in other coaching books. I keep this close by as a reference.

This is a great book and it help me in many ways to understand what triggers conflict and what tools best to have in managing conflict well . I highly recommend this book
