Amy needs her job. The other journalists at her paper are getting fired left and right, but she's determined not to be one of them. She has a plan.

Holy hotness this book kept me captive. The first book Unwritten Submission (Masters of the Sanctuary #1) by Elsa Day, was full of excitement, drama, secrecy, sexiness and suspense. Amy fears that she will be next to lose her dream job as a journalist, watching day by day as her colleagues empty out their desks and say goodbye. Resolving not to be next, she scopes out the private Sanctuary Club and becomes determined to write up an article that will save her ass lol. The scenes with Robin had me in stitches as Amy prepared for her masquerade presence at the club, deciding to go undercover as an experienced submissive, and get the inside scope of the parties that take place in the old haunted looking mansion. Elsa Day’s writing had my heart racing as I feared for Amy being uncovered, due to her lack of expertise as she innocently throws herself into the mansion with dark hallways where Mr J lurks, and he throws her plans into disarray, leaving her ego bruised and arousing her inner senses! Mr J oh my, the guy was one sexy punishing Dom ouch! I loved the spark between him and Amy. This was a fun, sexy hot short bdsm read that brings out the play of the Sanctuary Club and the secretive Mr J. I can’t wait to see what’s written next for Amy and Mr J in the next instalment of this series, the cliffhanger left me panting to be reading the next instalment already!
