Tobias Günther has been an entrepreneur and a CEO for almost 20 years. During this time, he started four companies, made two of them profitable and successfully sold his last one — after growing it to over 100,000 customers in companies like Apple, Google, and Amazon before it was acquired in 2021.

In 2010, he started introducing remote work, long before it became fashionable. But what’s most important to him is that he managed to build teams with an exceptional culture — and full of wonderful people.

In recent years, he focused on helping other founders and leaders build world-class teams. He has now distilled his experience in a book titled ”Building Better Teams”, a hands-on manual for building teams that are not only more productive and successful — but also healthier and more resilient.

Very basic stuff, can be read in an hour or so. It's all very nicely explained.

Still, after reading this book you'll be able to learn basic stuff, which in 99% cases is enough for a programmer.
