Good nerd stuff to know for VMware Data Center Virtualization certification. The details here are general details and descriptions not deep-dive stuff. Great foundation though for certification. I found a few accuracy mistakes. No discussion for vNetwork Standard Switch or vNetwork Distributed Virtual Switch, only references Virtual Standard Switches (VSS) and Distributed Virtual Switches, (DVS). Overall, a book of need to know information for this technology.
