This is a great little book that I haven't been able to utilise as much as I would like due to hamstring injuries - can't wait to get back to it though....
I've had this book forever, but just started it again last week. I've done the workout two morning so far...missed this morning:( So, I'll try to keep up 3-4 times a week and see where I'm at by X-Mas.
