I read this to compliment other books I have read on the subject. This is a great book as it combines several topics (aura, chakras, Laying on of hands, crystals, gemstones and colors).
This book is clearly written. It is very approachable for someone new to the subject.
Recommended.

This was a very good book. Very informative and gave a wonderful history of women's health and chakra and gemstone healing.
