Very good advice indeed!

I have been riding a road bike for the last 5 - 6 yeas but now I am intrigued by running because when I am on a trip and don't have my bike, I can't exercise. Anyway, I read through this book and I can say I am inspired more than ever and I am geared up for running. This easy to read short book has everything you need to get started. Now have a go at it! :)

Some really bad reccomendations mixed in with good ones, such as to stretch cold muscles, that is dangerous.
