Ancient Champions of Oneness

Rate this book
An investigation of the doctrine of God in church history. Prior to the Catholic and Protestant movements, the apostolic church was here--but did it survive through the centuries? Here is the new edition of Ancient Champions of Oneness, with the author's additional research added since the first edition came out around 20 years ago. It is startling to note the astounding difference between the apostolic church of 33 AD and the historical Catholic church of approximately three centuries later. How do we explain the drastic changes in doctrine, methods, and structure of the church? Who are the real heretics and who are the real orthodoxy? This book attempts to document what happened.

A well-researched and equally well-written book about those who have gone before us in the oneness pentecostal faith. A must-read for anyone curious about the post-New Testament history of the oneness pentecostal faith.
