I'm a picky bastard. I know it. Author covered a lot of the details, but just kind of assumed that other authors reading would have a Facebook account and know what she was talking about. I really would have liked to see, "I held my launch on Facebook." But everything else was good, and including the final stats very helpful.
This was a brief overview of marketing, Bookie Monster-style. In this quick read Shay Festa covers not only what to do on the date of your book release, but also how to host a great release party, and what to do in the weeks following. A must-read for any author or aspiring author. Writing a book is only half the battle, kiddos. Marketing is the rest.
