The Mogul: Book #2 in The Call Girl, Inc. Series

If success means getting paid for what you love to do, Call Girl Nina Sharpe has made it….

After my first year on the job, I had a million dollars in my bank account and real security for the first time in my life. However, that money was pocket change to my latest client, Adam Grubman, the richest man in online gaming.

Adam needs sexual healing to turn him from mogul behind the keyboard to master in the bedroom. Fortunately, I'm just the woman for the job. But when our private sexts threaten to turn into an internet sensation, all hashtags break loose. And when Adam wants to turn our week-long tryst into a permanent gig, love might get in the way of my perfectly good business.

This is my story. Don't try this online.

This is a bit of a two sides story.
He pays for her to go with him to a school reunion.
He has billions, b ut doesn't want to fly.
He doesn't know how to handle woman.
But he is also a sweet guy.

The have some really hot moments together and they like each other a lot.

But there is also a side story, since this is book 2 of a series.
I think I like the first story a bit better as this one, this is a pretty soft one, because Adam is such a sweet guy. There is passion between them, but not in a dangerous way.

The dangerous and adventure part is from what happens outside the train bubble.

Looking forward to read more to find out what is going to happen next.

I love this second installment with Nina Sharpe. This is a real story with an honest plot line and and great dialogue. Yes it's filled with sexy encounters, passionate action and great sex! But our main character Nina makes her own decisions, controls her own destiny and has heart and soul. I cannot wait to read more of her adventurous life as she decides where her future goes from The Mogul.

I’m pretty sure you all know from my last review of the first in this series, The Offer, that I just loved it!

However, this book? Well, all I can say it...WOW!

I usually am turned off by a love story but this is more like a battle as to what Nina wants more…herself or him, and TRUST ME when I say that she has her mind set on herself.

Usually in a love story it is all dramatic and all that “I can’t live without you” nonsense. While that is all fine and dandy for other books, this book is perfect for independent women. Depending on a man is over rated and Nina knows she can take care of herself. Stability and happiness has always been what she lived by and as she continues with her client, Adam Grubman, she realizes that she is still in need for independence and self-empowerment. She spends all her time trying to convince Adam that he is worth something and empowering him that I think she is going to get tired of it. Who wants to constantly build up someone’s confidence? There is some mystery (which I love!) as to what will happen next and to be honest I bought the third, fourth, fifth and sixth book halfway through the second book!

Yes, it is that good!

The sex scenes are...well, HOT! Being naked 24-7 for a man you are in lust with absolutely had my imagination going, leaving me blushing at what I wanted to do for an entire weekend! The texting that Ms. Blue puts in her stories is smart and I haven’t seen that yet, which is surprising in this day and age. A nerdy guy who demands things is sexy and via text message is even hotter. The dirty pictures and messages got me going and had me shifting anxiously as I picked up my phone to send a few messages and start a fire of my own.

As in the book, I felt like a 16 year old girl, giggling and feeling as if time stood still for a text back, stressing after two minutes went by. The heat isn’t just in the bedroom. I sense a bit of anxiousness from Reynolds, a FBI agent hot on her trail and someone who she is physically attracted to. I am always left wondering what is going to happen next?!?

There is nothing boring about the story line or any events that occur in this book. Ms. Blue is to the point and moves on to better things and does not waste time drawing out scenes, which is great because boredom of one scene can kill a book for me.

Dodger, her driver is also a mystery to me, they bicker, argue, joke and have casual talk but who is he and how is so comfortable with Nina? I will admit a little of me goes for the underdog and wishes something would happen with them, maybe that is me being a hopeless romantic. Between Adam, herself, and money I am always left on the edge of my seat!

In any case, this book is a must read, the entire series is! It is not over the top in drama or painstakingly ridiculous with the scenarios it is all very realistic and has an independent woman tone that I have yet to see from anyone else. This book defiantly earned its title!

A Review of The Mogul (Call Girl Inc. Book 2) by Jayne Blue

Nerdy geek billionaire - 4 stars

I read the first book in this series nearly a year ago, but for some reason the second book got lost in the shuffle. Since I was on a Jayne Blue kick, I decided to check for any other books I had that had not been read yet, to find this one. It was good to catch up with Nina and Petra again and I really liked Adam Grubman. His character was very well defined and I thought it was really cute that he was so shy with her. We also meet FBI Agent, Kurt Reynolds. I would like to see more of him, which I understand will happen in a later book in this series.

There were quite a few grammatical errors for such a hundred page book (approximately), which is one of my pet peeves, but the storyline is definitely there, so I will still give it a solid four stars. I'm looking forward to more of Ms. Blue's work.

Book 2 in the Nina Sharp, Call Girl series really deliveries! This series is a bit of a departure for the author but I’m loving it so far. Not your standard romance, it has a great plot, twists & turns, and lots of sex! In this adventure, our heroine is matched up with a billionaire computer geek with zero social skills. The plot thickens when a handsome FBI agent makes an appearance. The matriarch Petra starts hinting about plans for Nina to take over the business and the Billionaire makes her an offer that is going to be very hard for her to refuse. In the end, Nina is faced with two choices, the Billionaire or The Business! Looks like we’ll need to wait for book #3 to see who she chooses. Great read, highly recommended.

Ok... I haven't read reviews, but I am sure that someone is talking about the whole 'degradation of women' thing. I did not feel that way at all.
The writing is great.
Her ability to make me fall "in love" with each character... Is a gift.
Love the series, very sad that I am reading the fourth... And last.

Sexy, suspenseful, fabulous, perfection... Just a few things that describe this book. I was pleasantly suprised with each turn of events in this story. This author knows how to make me feel like I am immersed in these characters lives. Truly talented... It was so great, I can't wait to get to book three.

A great escape read. Adam is as likable as Nina and the story is fun to watch unfold. The ending is a little abrupt but considering this is a series not too surprising.
