So pleased with this book which will remain a relevant addition to my home library. Also pleased to find the author is an advocate of pastured and whole organic foods. I enjoyed the inspiration from her master recipes and will, of course, use the foraging guides as a guide.

This is my favorite foraging book! The plant pages are beautiful and really help with identification. The recipes are super adaptable for what plants you have near you and what season it is. I've cooked quite a few tasty things from this book!

Incredibly beautiful illustrations, this is more of a coffee table book than a cook book. You will never want to shelve it! Lots of great information about wild foods, plants and how to utilize them more in your kitchen.
