Parasite

Rate this book
When Peter Braddock planned the perfect crime, he never imagined the horror he was about to unleash on Britain. The circumstances were bizarre—the abandoned cruiser he had spotted in the English Channel... the fearfully mutilated body in one of the cabins... the blood. But how could he ever guess what would happen when he boarded it?

The stricken boat held a gruesome secret. Clinging to it and travelling with it were tiny carriers of a fearsome disease... Parasite.

Mostly science fact and very little horror in this 80's nonsense. All the nasty and naughty bits were handled in proper English fashion. Scrubbed, cleaned and sterilized for our protection. The ending is brought to a stop so fast; it almost gave me whiplash. It's almost like the author was tired of this as well and said no more. Avoid like the plague.
