A British Royal Navy captain, while troubled with marital problems at home, deals successfully with French forces across the Channel. Later, he sails to the Caribbean, where he trails Villeneuve's Combined Fleet back to Europe. Following the Battle of Trafalgar, he sails to the Indian Ocean where he serves under Admiral Pellew, before returning home.
Not the best. The storyline is disjointed and, like earlier books, changes to an instruction manual for certain tasks -often repetitively. Other authors weave a number of backsides in which follow through chapter, book and series but Testrake does not. Overall, no contest to the other boys in the band...
