The campers hated this book and it did not keep their attention. The plot didn’t entice them and many characters that were not integral to the plot to keep track of from chapter to chapter.

Super cute for childhood nostalgia. Can’t wait for my kid to be able to read them.

Chapter book about Arthur and his family and friends. This one is about the frustration of creativity and the honor in giving credit where it's due. Neither I nor our girls thought it was all that interesting and it took us awhile to finish it. I'm willing to try other Arthur chapter books, but right now our girls prefer the Magic Tree House series.

This was an enjoyable story to read to my son. We are just starting to transition from me reading only picture books to him to reading beginning chapter books to him. Since Arthur is a character he knows already, it does not bother him that there are not too many pictures with the story. I think we will continue reading this series.

I thought it was a cute book. I think it is a really good book to show your students that honesty always pays off in the end.

Arthur and D.W. are obsessed with a new sugar cereal and naturally enter one of its contests---except Arthur wins it by cheating. Funny.
