The first in a new three book series from Ghiselle St. James:
This is not a fairytale. This is not a story of a woman who is perfect. This is not the story of a perfect couple that sails off into the sunset. This is gritty. This is frustrating. This is heartbreaking. This is my story, hard as it may be to tell.
**********
My name is Sullivan Beal – at least, that’s what I tell people – and I live life by my own rules. Most of my adult life has been spent hiding from my past. That is, until I meet him face-to-face.
Ben Hayes is the demanding C.O.O. who is hell-bent on having me for himself. But, I’m wrong for him. I know it, the universe knows it.
If he ever found out who I really am, how utterly tainted I am, he wouldn’t waste his time wanting me. There are things in my past that would destroy everyone in my wake.
But Ben is relentless, trying to break down the walls around my heart that a messy past has caused me to construct. It’s a pity he doesn’t know…I am too tainted for love.
“Love isn’t for me, and my kind of love is too tainted, too blemished to share with anyone.”
Ghiselle St. James is a Jamaican author who has a never-ending love for written thoughts: poetry, song lyrics and fiction. Ghiselle writes about tough heroines (much like herself) and the men tasked with loving them. She has been widowed since 2018, works full time, and has a part-time job lecturing, but always makes time for music of all genres, bedroom concerts that sometimes involves twerking, writing, reading and chatting on Facebook.
I pray my passion brings you as much joy as it has brought me.

When I read this book I forgot that it was part of a series. I was so into the book and then BAM it ended with a cliffhanger and I was screaming “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”. I was hooked from the beginning. Sullivan is a woman who knows she is hot, can have any man or woman she wants and she uses that trait to her advantage. Ben is your typical sexy, successful Alpha. I love the relationship Sullivan has with her best friend Rachel. When Ben and Sullivan are together it is hot, explosive and just pure amazing but there are things Ben doesn’t know about Sullivan. Sullivan has a past that haunts her still to this day and it seems like that past is about to catch up with her. This book ends on a major cliffhanger; I sure hope the next one is out soon because I am dying to know what happens next.
Characters: The characters were well written and believable.
This book is not for the faint of heart. But if you’re interested in a book that will make you change the way you think about relationships and sexuality, then I promise you it’s worth it.
The book begins with a punch to the gut, as we are taken back to Delilah’s childhood abuse. It’s not easy to read, but it gives you a glimpse into why Delilah hides under a shell and buries her emotions. When we meet grown-up Delilah (now living under the alias of Sullivan), she’s not easy to like. She uses her body, her charms and sex to get what she wants. She has no problem bouncing between guys, and she even has a wandering eye when she’s already with a guy.
I’ll admit, this was hard for me to swallow. I mean, she just had an amazing night with the super rich, super sexy Ben Hayes, and she’s already jumping into bed with someone else? I was thinking all kinds of mean thoughts about her, but then it occurred to me that she was just doing the same thing that the guy usually does in this situation. But when a guy masks his pain with sex, I somehow find it okay, because I imagine the heroine’s love being powerful enough to heal him. So why is it wrong when it happens the other way around? I love it when a book makes me rethink the way I see the roles a man and a woman should play. As the story goes on, Delilah tries to break her self-destructive pattern and years of moving through life without really feeling. And I rooted for her the whole time, even as I was shouting, “Are you crazy?!”
Ben Hayes is everything I usually love in an Alpha male, with a twist. He’s a successful businessman who is used to getting what he wants and doesn’t mess around. He pursues Delilah ruthlessly, even using the occasional deception to get past her defenses. What I liked about him was his ability to apologize and change. Usually when an Alpha fights with his lady, she has to give in and accept that he’s a controlling ass. But more than once, Ben did something I didn’t expect, like apologizing to his staff for being a moody jerk. He’s romantic, thoughtful and
And the sex, well, let’s just say there were definitely a few things I haven’t come across in erotica yet and they were hot.
Add to all of this a chilling subplot about Delilah’s dark past coming back to haunt her, and you get a book that you won’t be able to stop thinking about. If you’re lucky, you won’t have to put it down.
Back in April this year I stumbled across one of those rare author's that I absolutely fell in love with.....well not literally but you know what I mean :) I was bowled over by her first book "South Row" and have sat patiently, but eagerly, awaiting for something more from her. I wasn't sure what was coming (as I know she has a few unpublished novels to her name) but what I got I really, really wasn't expecting! She had given us clues with little teasers here and there but when I saw her cover reveal I knew it was going to be very different from South Row. Amazingly so.... Normally I give a small break down of the book I'm reviewing but I can't do that here, the synopsis Ghiselle gives for the book is enough to lure you in and entice you to read....I don't want to spoil it by getting into the story so I'll tell you how I felt about it instead. This book is a blinder, an absolute gem. I loved it, it was raw and gritty, full of wit and sass from both main characters. There is so much depth to these characters, underlying securities, fronts, childishness, sexuality and it comes across in Ghiselle's written word amazingly well. Nothing is sugar coated, there's no pussy footing or skirting around difficult subjects. It basically is what it is and some of it is difficult to read, but in doing it that way she gives you a good story that's packing a punch and not leaving you anywhere to hide in regards to your own emotions and feelings. The sex in it is very confrontational, and not afraid to over step certain boundaries, I found myself questioning Sully's actions many a time, both her and Ben frustrated me (in a good way!) throughout. The sub plot is quite dark, and you get good snippets going on through the book but you have to bear in mind that this is a series and all will not be revealed in one book. I don't mind this, in fact I liked it as I felt that because the characters are so complex they need more than a chapter or two to fully get into them. I loved this, it was hard to tear myself away from it tbh. It was soo worth waiting for and now I'm going off to prod Miss G with a fork so she gets a move on with book 2! Highly recommended and a huge 5/5 for me :)

Meet Sullivan Beal who is the epitome of tall, beautiful, confidence - and she is on the prowl. She isn't a cuddly-cute character, she's a man-eater and makes no qualms about it. I liked her immensely - she's different (yay!) from the typical romance heroine. Enter Ben Hayes, successful, dominant, sexy-Alpha, and lusting for Sully! He's a big-shot C-O-O and he WILL get what he wants, one way or another. I loved the characters, they could be real people - they were developed with good and bad traits. They are really the reason I enjoyed this story.
Sullivan and Ben together are explosive (as is the erotica), and they are just getting to know one another. Unfortunately due to Sullivan's past, she is trying to keep him and herself protected, but just can't deny the pull Ben has on her. Even worse, Sully is waiting for the right time to tell him about her past...which may never come. Especially when that PAST comes back to haunt!
I need to know what happens, I'm invested in these characters and the wait is going to kill me!!!!

Delilah is running, running for her life. She left a mess in New York. Changing her name to Sullivan Beal surviving the only way she knows how. She never intended to meet Ben. Ben is a game changer. Will her past find her before her future story can be written?
I had a hard time with this one in the beginning, it wasn't keeping my interest. At about 34% I couldn't put it down. The story picked up for me and it picked up quick. It really was a good read and a great start to a series. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Overall I am glad that I read this story, and it made me think about a number of issues that it raises. It also approaches the D/s issues in a slightly different way. There are parts of this book which are really hot and some really sweet, but I am not sure I could entirely buy into the whole plot. I can't really say more without revealing spoilers. Maybe it will become clearer as the series progresses, but I had a number of 'why?' moments, and confusion over character behaviour. 'Lilah's background clearly could have contributed to that, but Ben has a stable family, job etc. so his temperament was harder to justify.
This was an easy read, and I will read the next book in the series, as that was a pretty dramatic cliffhanger.
This is the second book I have ever completed writing ever since I began writing at 13. Can I be honest???? This is one I'm most self-conscious about.
I enjoyed coming up with this story, which originally was supposed to be a sort-of memoir. I got scared putting my story out like that & I stopped writing it, until one day a name came to me......Ben Hayes. *swoon*
As soon as I incorporated him into the story, everything changed, including the plot of the story. It all started to come together, to the point where I even started jotting things down for book two, even book three! I got lost in the characters and their story, my emotions coming out at every turn: anger, frustration, sadness, happiness.
I ran the full gamut writing this story. I felt like I wasn't even writing it, but I was over the writer's shoulder as she wrote. This novel was purposefully written the way it was to challenge stereotypes and preconceived notions. As such, it might be a hard pill to swallow at first. But I promise you it is worth the read!
It was frustrating, suspenseful, intense........and SEXY! Hot damn was it sexy!
But....it was also sweet:
Tainted Love isn't for everybody, and I accept that...but for those of you who like a lotta steam with your books; a little action in your drama; a little sweet with your alpha; and a storyline that will keep you on your toes....then this book is just the book for YOU!
I was privileged to beta read the second novel published by Ghiselle St. James. Tainted Love was so different to this author’s debut novel South Row, that I immediately picked up her ability to easily tap into other genres as she delivered with confidence a more adult piece of erotica with suspense. Sullivan Beal is the name she goes by to keep her real identity hidden from those vying to get their clutches on her. Her past is dark suffering from abuse and neglect but it’s taught her to become the woman she is today, using her looks and sex appeal to sway men to her needs Sullivan is used to getting what she wants to pay her way in life. Ben Hayes steps into Sullivan’s life turning the table on her game, making her feel emotions she’s denied herself to feel for any man. Ben marks his possession over Sully and works on breaking down her walls that keep him from becoming more than a one night stand, delivering us with plenty of humour, a sassy heroine, great secondary characters, a strong and sexy alpha male intent to teach Sully not to play with fire and a shadow that lurks the pages with a no it can’t end yet cliff-hanger! I can’t wait to read Broken Love to try and put the pieces together of Sullivan’s past and if Ben will be there for her.
If you look at the title page on amazon you will see that I helped a little with this book, why just a little, well when Ghiselle writes a story she gets nearly all of it right straight off. so now I'm going to say my bit about this first of the series. First if you thought South Row was good, no great, then this new story will really blow your mind, Yes Ghiselle takes us on another trip where you might turn right, or left or back or even upwards what with her unpredictable twists and turns in the plot. Her characters are so real you want to hug them or smack them at times. And Sullivan Beal is no angel either as she fights her emotions, her previous life and most scaringly of all what the future might hold. Everyone these days wants Romance spiced with sex. Ghiselle sprinkles sex throughout this story like her magic wands gone into overdrive, but I guarantee that you will love those scenes just as much as the story she weaves with such skill and desire. This is a book you wont easily put down, and when your done you'll clamour for more because that's what Ghiselle creates, hunger.
Thanks to Wicked Reads for a free book to read and review. While I enjoyed a lot of the scenes in this book, sometimes we have to say.....there's just too much sex. Ok, I wasn't struck by lightning but I think it had to be said. I really think with a plot this intricate it needs to be foremost , and the sex needs to take a back seat. I loved Sullivan and her character, and how she reacted to Ben but there was a lot going on. She had her name changed to avoid her past but it seemed to be catching up to her. Ben sashayed between needy and dominant which just didn't feel right. Overall I enjoyed it but I sure hope the author brings that plot forward and makes it stand out a bit more. It seemed Sullivan could really be a damaged person despite her gravitating wanting to be with Ben. She seemed a bit broken, and I'm not sure a relationship is good for her until she fixes her life. Overall entertainment is three stars. I wish the author luck!
Wow. I really LOVED this book!!! Ghiselle St. James writes about characters I LOVE to read. She always has women who are flawed or scarred in some way, but they are strong because they are survivors. The passion that they show when then meet that one person who can handle them for who they are without changing their inner soul, is truly incredible. Ghiselle, you are one amazing writer!!!
I received a copy of this story from the author in exchange for a honest review. This story was an emotional roller coaster from childhood abuse to losing true love. The female lead character overcomes a rough childhood and becomes a rich mans fantasy but the cost is to high for her. Heart stopping ending!!! This story is not for everyone, open mind needed.
This is the story of Sullivan Beal (or at least that is what she tells people). Sullivan is hiding from her past. She spends her time bedding wealthy men to get what she wants from them and trying to stay away from a past that haunts her. That is until she meets Ben Hayes. Ben is a challenging Chief Operation Officer of a company. He is gorgeous, alpha, and persistent in his attempts to win over Sullivan. Their connection is undeniable, but Sullivan has walls built up as a means to protect herself and those around her from her haunting past. Will Ben be able to break down those walls? Will Sullivan let him in and feel the affection and adoration he has for her? Will her past catch up to her? And will one mistake cost them everything?
This is the first book I read of Ghiselle’s and let me just say I loved it. It pulled me right in and I fell in love with the characters. Sullivan is a strong woman considering all she has been through. I love a strong female lead and Ghiselle did not disappoint me in that department. Ben is the epitome of alpha male. He is domineering, strong willed and determined, yet has a softer side with Sullivan that you cannot help but love. I loved watching the chase of Sullivan by Ben. He was determined, steadfast, and not one to take no for answer. The sub characters were fantastic and I especially loved Matt, Ben’s brother. The dynamic between these two had me laughing at several points in the story.
Beyond the characters, I loved the story line. It was gripping, had angst, some amazingly hot sex scenes, and kept me enthralled through the entire book. Ghiselle has a way with words and the descriptive nature of her story telling was on point. Man can she write a sex scene!! Smoking!!! Be warned there is a cliff hanger in this book! Thankfully I have book two and am ready to dive in.
For this first book I have read of Ghiselle’s, she has a fan in me. I will happily read whatever she puts out and gladly recommend this book to anyone. I gave this book 5 stars.
Sorry for cursing, but this book!!!! This is different, hard to swallow (no pun intended), SCORCHING
Can't forget good! What a story!!! I felt almost like I was in a movie watching things unravel, but in a way, felt like this could very well be true. What I love about this author is her ability to bring to the fore, various social issues to make such complex characters.
The lead female, Sullivan, might not have been likable to me at first, because honestly she was just a ho, but then it got me thinking. When my favorite book boyfriends do it (sleep around), I find their actions swoon-worthy and when a woman does it, I get all catty and hateful. This book made me feel bad about my hypocrisy and THAT'S why I kept going....it challenged my stereotypes. Also, it had a totally awesome storyline!
Oh and that Ben Hayes????
Hot, alpha, sweet, caring....ALL MAN!!! Hot damn!!!! Who doesn't want a man like that??? Sullivan couldn't even resist him and she's a hard ass!
Damn, I'm rambling! I need to give this a proper review so people can see how many facets this story has. I couldn't stop thinking of it even after I read it and I might have to re-read in order to give this book proper justice.
AND THAT MOTHERFUCKER OF A CLIFFHANGER?!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????!!!!!!!!!!! In the words of the Bad Boys for life...........
Sullivan Beal is not your average beautiful bombshell. She has a history of playing the rich men who enter her life. When successful sexy Alpha Ben Hayes meets Sully he is determined to get what he wants no matter what. Sully is equally determined not to let Ben find out the truth about her past including her real name…
I received this book for an honest review and when I received this copy Ghiselle said that this was not your average love story and that the book lives up to its name, TAINTED LOVE. I was not sure what to think of this warning. I have read numerous books from all genres and not a lot shocks me anymore. She also mentioned to me that this book has been accused of having too much sex. While there was a lot of sex I didn’t think that it overpowered the plot of the book or made the main characters lose any credibility. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, even though the book ends with a major cliffhanger!! I liked the fact that this wasn’t your average predicable romance novel. I am definitely looking forward to the next book in the series. I NEED to know what happens next. As a side note Broken Love (Tainted Love Book 2) was released December 16th!! :-) I also wanted to mention to everyone that I have read 95 books this year and only 11 of those books have gotten a 5 star rating from me. Great work Ghiselle!!
Sullivan is a women with a dark past and doesn't believe she's worthy of love . She doesn't do love or commitments. I loved Sullivan's character because she's different not like the typical sweet innocent girl mentioned in most books. She's edgy and has confidence.
Ben is the sexy successful alpha male who is determined to get what he wants. Ben and Sullivan have such passion between them and that made for some steamy, erotic scenes. As much as there was passion there was also drama. Ben new that Sullivan had secrets. The thing is secrets aren't always meant to be stay buried
I literally wanted to jump on a plane and YELL at Ghiselle in person for the cliffhanger but since I'm a little late and the second book happens to be out I'm not so mad any more. My friend you did an phenomenal job with this book. I am privileged to have been given the opportunity to read you're work. I'm excited to read the next installment to this series. I'm rating this book 5 stars
Ms. St. James has written another powerful book. The ups-and-downs and the give-and-take of the characters reel you in to keep reading. The main female character, Sullivan Beal, is adorable, quirky, tough talking, scared inside, confused and confident. The main male character, Ben Hayes, is sweet, controlling, kinky, caring, and downright mean at times. He wants her; she wants him; however, she keeps pulling away, perhaps justifiably so. I literally gasped at the climatic cliffhanger at the end of the book. I couldn't believe the story was over.
However, the graphic sex is too much for me ... and that's MY problem, not Ms. St. James'. It's necessary for the plot and for understanding who and what the characters are and why they behave the way they do.
Nonetheless, I can't wait for the second book because I just have to find out what happens to Sullivan to know if she's okay. I'm sure Ms. St. James will write another captivating story to keep us hooked.
*I received a free copy to read & review for Page Turning Book Reviews*
I found that while I at times I would get swept up in the story there were also many times that I was stopped by the story as well. For example, the chemistry between the two main characters was dynamic and off the charts hot. Then we'd get a very vivid description of every meal the characters ate and that just completely ruined the flow of the story for me. I wanted to love it, it had a lot going for it. However, I just couldn't get over the hiccups with the flow of the story. Not to mention the fact that I couldn't relate to Sullivan at all. She would say one thing then do completely the opposite without any explanation or reason as to why.
This was the first book I have read by Ghiselle St. James, and let me just say WOW! This isn't your typical rainbows and unicorns story. It's raw, it touches on subjects that are sensitive, and features characters who don't always make the right choices, and the repercussions that come from that. The leading man is a steamy alpha, which makes for a very interesting pair with a strong leading female who doesn't back down. You will get everything here-a good laugh, a deep dread, some amazing chemistry and a whole lot of steam! This book ended on somewhat of a cliffhanger, which means I cannot wait to read the follow up, Broken Love. Excellent work Ghiselle, keep writing and I will keep buying!!!
This was the first book I have read by Ghiselle St. James, but it won't be the last!! Tainted Love grabs you and never lets go. This is an emotional story of childhood abuse, the loss of true love, and moving on with your life. The story is amazing, the sex is hot, and I am counting the days until the next installment!! This is a definite must read!!
Wow oh wow this was a rollercoaster of emotions. I loved it! I felt like I was seeing a bit of a reflection of myself in Sullivan. I didn't have as bad as a past as she did but it wasn't pretty either. I used men to get what I wanted too. Ben is sex on legs and I can't help but wonder what is brother is like a little bit too. Wonderful read I can't wait to read the next one. :)
I received a free copy of the book to review for the author. If you are looking for an intense read, you have found it! I was unsure at first about the story and the characters, but you get so drawn in with the plot and the characters, that your frown will disappear. Ghiselle St. James is quite witty with this love story! It is definitely not a fair tale, it's just so dark and not your average love story, but the characters are so honest and complex that it will challenge your thinking and opinion of the book! I love this book. And the ending had me yelling out loud! "Holy Sh@t Balls!" This book is definitely one to recommend to everyone. I could not wait to read to the next one. It will get you all Hot and Bothered, but the plot is so intense that you will not be able to put it down.
The story of Sullivan Beal is so intense, for a girl that has a harsh beginning in life and dangers, so much that Sullivan Beal is a cover. Delilah Keyes, Sullivan's real identity must be kept at all costs! Her BFF Rachel, will also do anything to protect and keep Sullivan safe, including move with her each and every time she believes her self not to be safe anymore from her past. Can Sullivan and Rachel out run Sullivan's sordid past? What will happen when Sullivan meets, COO of Fielding House, Benjamin Hayes? He's so intense, so handsome, so desired, they both want each other; but will they be good for each other? Can Ben work through Sullivan's armor to get in her favor, and will Sullivan get over the issues of her past that limit her movement to be with Ben? And just wait for the ending, it's a yelling kind....
Sullivan is a hot, sexy, woman who uses that to gain the attention of others. She prowls on men to survive, staying long enough to add to her bank account before she gets bored. While at an office party with her friends she attracts the attention of their boss and is flattered. Sullivan only does one night stands, but Ben wants more and is willing to do anything to get it. She has a haunting past and knows that she is not good enough for him. But, Ben is relentless and always gets what he wants…and he wants her. Her past is starting to catch up with her, though, and she doesn’t want it to taint him in any way.
Ben is your normal, strong, alpha male. He comes on strong and dominates their “relationship”, but Sullivan is equally strong and loves to be in charge, too. However, she allows herself to let her guard down with Ben – something she has not done since her first love died in a plane crash years ago.
I found parts of this story difficult to get through. My heart absolutely broke for Sullivan. She is so complex with multi-layers, yet she is vulnerable and hurt beyond anything any human should have to deal with. I will say that the beginning of the story was a little slow. But, it picks up and held my attention and packed a huge punch! Speaking of punches – what a cliffhanger!! I didn’t realize this was the first book in a series until after I finished! Now I need to read on to find out what happens.
Tainted Love is definitely not for the faint of heart, but it is worth the time and effort spent on it.
Where do I start with this book....? As I read on, this story line became way deeper than I first thought! There is a huge amount of stuff going on and it just pulls you deeper and deeper into the story. I can't even begin to hit on ever emotion that this book has brought out in me. The main couple in this book have a chemistry that is over the top! The author does an amazing job at making us, as readers, feel these emotions so strongly. She has an unbelievable, God-given talent and I as a book lover am so happy that she has decided to share that gift! Her development of character in this book is amazing. She feeds us just enough about Sully's past to keep us completely engrossed in the story but holds back on giving us everything, but the amazing part is we don't even recognize that she is doing that until we finish the story. Also, please note that this is book 1 of a series. So all of you cliffhanger haters be warned, when you see that this is part of a series, you need to know up front that you are not going to get the whole story in the first book and chances of a cliffhanger are pretty good. There you have been warned so don't bitch if it happens in this book or in the next, or even in any book that is part of a series. I definitely am looking forward to seeing where Ms. St. James has in store for us in Broken Love, book 2. I put reading this book off for quite some time because I didn't want to be left hanging and have to wait for book 2. So I'm diving right in to book 2 right away! Amazing job Ms. St. James!
I loved this book! it was fun, it made me laugh, and it made me mad and emotional, and I cannot say enough good things about this book. It's book one in the series and Sexy Benny Boy Toy meets Sassy Sully and all kinds of crazytown and they are an amazing mix toxic and insane and then major stuff happens and then of course what does that author do, she leaves it with a cliff hanger from hell, I was like nooo and had a moment then remembered i had the next one, (good thing you will too it is out other wise you'd want to throw your kindle...Don't do that!) but they are completely perfect for each other in a they are going to be the craziest couple/family whatever type, anything can happen and a lot does. Many crazy adventures are had in this wild ride of the Ben & Sully Saga, expect more detail in my review for Broken because I read these back to back.I don't want to spoil to much for the ones just finding out about this story! My advice is get this book and then get the next one so you can sit and enjoy them back to back because trust me on this you will want to kick yourself in the butt if you don't!
I was given this arc for an honest review and I loved this book from the beginning to the end. It had me wondering what was going to happen next and trying to figure out what was going on. I loved Sulliven "Delilah" and Ben being together but I don't think I wanted to smack someone more then when Ben breaks her heart. I loved the way it was very slow going at first and trying to get her to love him and figure out their feelings for each other and then you turn around and at the end it suddenly goes fast. It was something that you would not think would happen in the book and the revelations that he tells her is something that you would not think was how he life had been. The writer has you sitting on edge through most of the book but you are left in suspense especially towards the end of the book. I love the suspense of wanting to know what happens next. I love how it was written, very beautiful. I can not wait to start the second book that Ghiselle St. James wrote and hope that this ends up being a very happy book and the mistakes are seen in the end of the book.
I was hooked from the get go of this book. It grabs you and before you blink you are at the end and craving for more. The characters are well developed and you feel you are there. Sullivan knows what she has and uses it to her advantage. Ben is you typical alpha male. The chemistry between these two are explosive.
Sullivan tries to fight the connection between them to protect Ben from her past. The past will always come back to haunt you. She tries to find the right time to tell him but the question is, will it ever be the right time? Ben is everything you want in an alpha male with a twist. He knows what he wants and doesn’t mess around. He chases after Sully relentlessly. He will use whatever he has to to achieve his goal and is not afraid to change or admit he is wrong.
Will they get past the walls that Sullivan has built? Will she finally tell him of her past? And will he be forgiving or walk away when he finds out? Check it out and see. I cannot wait for the next book due to the end having me on the edge of my seat. I am craving for more.
Sullivan is a very beautiful girl with a very ugly past. One so bad, she changed her name and moved to another state. Because of her past, she's vowed never to love again. She becomes a gold digger, one rich boyfriend after another, using them for sex and what she can get. Then she meets Ben Hayes and Sully can tell right away that things are different between them. No matter what she does to push him away, he keeps pulling her in. She cant help but fall in love with him and, much to every other woman's chagrin, he loves her in return. But Sully isn't the only one with secrets, it seems that there are a few in Bens family as well. When everything eventually catches up to her, what will she do. And when she runs into the last person in the world she ever wanted to see again, can and will Ben save her.
This is a masterpiece, beautifully written. The sex scenes are amazing, each one hotter than the last. But it is a serial, so be prepared for a major cliffhanger.
Tainted Love is a great read. It hooked me right in and I didn't want to put it down until I was finished.
Sullivan is a girl who is running form her past. She goes by the name Sullivan but we find out pretty quickly that, that is not her real name. Only Marshall and Rachel really know her.
Sullivan meets Ben Hayes. Ben is a successful business man. He is used to getting what he wants. He want Sullivan but she has other ideas. Sullivan is pretty much a one night standalone girl but For Ben she may make an exception. Both Sullivan and Ben are strong willed people and their relationship has a lot of ups and downs. Sullivan keeps all of her past from Ben. One secret come out and threaten to destroy their relationship and that secret isn't even about Sullivan's past. There is a crazy cliffhanger where Sullivan's past comes back.
Sullivan and Ben are very captivating characters and you won't get bored with them.
