Let's start by acknowledging this is not a book in the traditional sense, but rather one of short form publication "kindlepreneurs" ship with a quantity over depth strategy. It is in fact priced accordingly, only a few bucks. If the author values their work so little you shouldn't expect to get much out of it either.

So, in the context of what is really a long blog post rather than a book, Habit Stacking is... decent.

You might not be able to adopt all of the habits, and let's face it a good number are there just to reach the 100 mark, but there'll definitely be a few that will surprise you and might want to start working on.

this book gave 100 suggestions divided into seven categories of new habits one could add to his life. a lot of them were common sense, but some were a little outside the box. short explanations were given with every suggestion with some corresponding benefit. I enjoyed reading the book. an easy read.
