It was interesting to read but I was immediately incredulous of this lady as soon as she stated that spirits usually wear robes because "robes are more comfortable than jeans" and was especially turned off from her Suicide section. She even mentions about how she can see fairies and "brownies" and that just rang off my bullshit alarm because anybody who believes in fairies tells me this is someone who wants to live in a fantasy world even if they have to pretend and lie for it.
When you pick up an afterlife book with the belief in it, you expect it to be non-fiction but this book was basically fiction.
This woman is perhaps suffering from delusions of grandeur, has stolen a lot of these afterlife accounts but added her own biased spin on it, and is still a child that wants to believe fairytales are real.
If you personally believe in this woman, then I'm sorry but I'm not sorry because this is MY opinion and MY review, and I'm not going to hide it in fear of "hurting your feelings", but you're free to disagree with me; I won't deny you that, since I'm not denying myself to disagree with this woman.
Regardless, I've done my fair share of research on a lot of frauds to see the signs and I always do a background check before believing them because I found it's better to learn if they're a con/scam artist especially with these spiritual matters than be taken for a fool (especially a fool who's paid money), however there's hardly any criticism or questioning her except in these book reviews with some people who disagree with her on some parts so I'll gladly add mine.
I've suffered loss (it's why I'm reading these sorts of books now) but I don't let it blind me and make me a gullible person to be taken advantage of, like these frauds often rely on.
"No matter the endeavor, if profit can be gleaned then somebody will try," a quote from a favorite show of mine commenting about fake psychics and fortune tellers. These people are out there, and they certainly will prey upon grieving people and give them false promises since these people are likely to throw money in order to be comforted (take Sylvia Browne, a person who asked for 750-800$ dollars for a phone call or 850$ for a private John Edward session)
And that's all I have to say, I hope this was helpful. It's good advice for anyone who wants to believe in another especially if there's money involved. I still believe in an afterlife but I certainly don't believe in what Mary T. Browne says it's like.

I have serious problems with this book. First of all, the author states many things as fact that run contrary to my own personal experiences, but I could deal with that as people do indeed have different experiences and interpret things differently, ect.
However , later in the book I found myself offended and appalled when she speaks about the lengthy "punishment" in the afterlife for taking their own lives that almost anyone who has committed suicide will receive.That along with her snarky judgements on the act of suicide itself and the reasons people have for committing it turned me off completely.
The last straw was that this woman seems very exclusionary and egotistical about her psychic status and ability.
She made several statements throughout the book such as " You won't be able to see /hear/or understand such and such because you don't have psychic ability , ect."
I found this an odd tact to take as most psychics say that almost everyone has some degree of natural psychic ability and usually encourage others to try to develop their own ect, but this woman had an air about her writing of "I'm psychic and you're not so what I say is the absolute truth and thats that."
Because of all of the above, I got very little enjoyment out of the reading of this book.
I have a fairly large collection of books on various aspects of the paranormal and I usually hold on to them no matter what because of my extensive interest in the subject, but I'm putting this one up for swap in a book exchange.
Thats the perfect indicator of how much I disliked it.

never lend this book to anyone. it won't come back! a perfect delight for those who believe and have interest in other side of the world

An extremely interesting book to read. Mary T Browne mentions about last life on earth which I find particularly interesting. I heard this before but never knew that there are prerequisite attached it. Another fact that I heard before which is also mentioned here in her book was that after you die, you will have to review the things you have done in this life (Good & Bad). Damn! I hate this part! This part actually assures me that I need to be afraid coz it was so hard to forget when I was alive and when dead, I have to be reminded yet again. Reading this book, she goes on to bring examples of real life situation she has ever encounter. Each of them gives you a clear picture of what she really means. I would re-read this book again.

Hello. I was read that book. It's good for people who want to know some other live's. This telling us about death and the life on the death and when u wake up from death. Author of this book want show pain other people by interview with them. Maybe some people send history's of life to her. That book don't tell us that. It's good book for people who wan't to know problem's of people life etc.

This kind of makes me want to die to see the wonderful things this book is talking about. I guess it should be banned lol. Doesn't have any extraordinary information just the reincarnation, karma, gardian angel and all that stuff. But it was a light and fun read for me.

had to buy a second copy first one a friend never gave back. really gave great insight and helped in my time of need after my father had died. would make a nice gift for someone who might need and understand.

Some parts I do not find agreeable like robes/age/babies of soul ... however some part is agreeable like attitude towards unfavourable situations/loss/grief.
