My top picks are usually Romance series with kickin’ curvy women who fall in love with some hot alpha males. I like any of the thousands of spicy, contemporary romance novels featuring women like me, women I can relate to. The Curvy Love books are a great way for me to show that plus-size, rubensenque, titian, BBW, whatever you call yourself, can have an erotic romance, real love, and lots of dirty fun. We need more diversity in books and especially body positivity. My curvy heroines don’t always have it all together at the beginning of the story, but you can bet on some great growth, learning to accept themselves as amazing, and fall in love with a sexy hero along the way.Q - What order should I read the books in?Aidy - I’ve written the series so you can read the books in any order, and all the story threads will tie up nicely by the time you're finished. There are lots of cross-overs in the timelines, so it’s fun to find re-visit your favorite characters from another heroine’s point of view.If you do want to read them in order, I'd suggest the following Curvy Seduction SagaCurvy DiversionCurvy TemptationCurvy PersuasionQ - Why should readers give these books a try?Aidy - Because the Curvy Love series is fun romantic comedy (I love to write so my readers get to laugh out loud!), but it also has lots of sexy times set in a BDSM club, so it’s also really hot. Ultimately, readers who enjoy panty-melting heroes, heroines who are real women, with a romance that keeps you reading will get a kick out of this series.Q - Can readers get the whole series in one go?Aidy – I’ll be releasing a few bundles soon if people want to save a little moolah and grab all the books in one swoop. Check out my author page here at Amazon for more details, and a full list of my available titles. Many hugs and thanks for reading!

Aidy Award is a curvy girl who kind of has a thing for stormtroopers. She’s also the author of the popular Curvy Love series and the Dragons Love Curves series. She writes curvy girl erotic romance, about real love, and dirty fun, with happy ever afters because every woman deserves great sex and even better romance, no matter her size, shape, or what the scale says.
Ugh, I hated this book!!! I kind of just want to leave this review at the first sentence; but maybe I should try to explain a little bit of why, right?
Okay, as I just stated, I hated this book and I somewhat feel bad that I did, but hey it is what it is. I knew, I was not going to enjoy this story from like page three on. However, my slight OCD wouldn't let me not finish it. I wish my OCD would take a vacation already because I could have saved some time in my life, instead of wasting it to finish this book! Where do I even begin... insert *heavy sighing and eye rolling* here.
First of all, this book felt like non-stop sex and/or sexy situations from beginning to end. Some folks may like that, but not me, I actually need some STORYLINE in a STORY, but hey call me old-fashioned. This book gave me nothing! All I know is that the female lead, Vanessa, was plus sized, had a good job, liked fashion and wanted some loving. Now, the male lead, Cade, was supposed to be this hot, in control guy that took a liking to Vanessa and wanted to become her Dom from first sight. Oh yeah, the two main characters met at a BDSM club called Angels and Demons and get the hots for each other. I am not into BDSM, but to each their own.
Okay, so now that Vanessa and Cade have met, they decide to enter a Dom/sub relationship like right away and then they start in on the phone sex/texting, erotic emails and whatever else it is that they do. Honestly, I didn't care about these two or what they were into. The sexting and calls were too much to keep reading and I found myself skipping through a lot of them because I just didn't care. The BDSM element wasn't really hardcore and I was bored with it. Vanessa easily started to fall for Cade and it was predictable that eventually he would fall for her.
Oh my Lord, I can't even continue with this review, I simply just didn't like this book. I really wanted to like it because it had a BBW element and I am all for the "thickums" of the world getting their man, plus the author took time to write this book, so that warranted me giving it a chance, but sadly, this was just a no. *SIGH* I'm done.
Well written with a hefty number of editing issues like extra words or missing words. This is a stand-alone book with no cliffhanger, although the seeds are sown for the next couple's story.
I really enjoyed this BDSM-lite tale of a woman's first dip of her toe into the world of bondage and domination. The steps she takes, the discussions that occur, all seem very safe and sane.
The main character is a BBW who has some body image issues, but not in a neurotic way -- in a charming and believable way. That's actually what I really enjoyed about the story. The main characters are charming, talented and humorous -- and I don't think I've ever said that about another BDSM book I've read. Although they're serious about BDSM and their safety, all of them are able to laugh at themselves. That said, the story has the heat level any reader of BDSM would expect.
Strongly recommended to fans of BDSM, chick-lit, BBW, and frustrated accountants.
I chose to read and review this book. I am a fan of this author and love her work a lot. This is a well-written book. Nice plot and characters. I enjoy how she writes about BBW women. I feel so connected to her characters in some points. I love how she gives all BBW women a chance to see ourselves in a different view and have what we want like everyone else I love your work a lot and do recommend it big time
I really enjoyed this book. Aidy Award has such a way with words and stories. I will definitely continue reading her books. As usual this has complex and emotional characters, a well rounded story and some hot and steamy sex.
Vanessa is definitely a character that is easy to relate to. She has such honest humor that you really feel like you know her. Vanessa is lucky to have a carefree BDSM friend, Danica, to introduce her to the BDSM world with D/s relationships. Let's just say once Vanessa is there and meets Cade her wildest fantasies will come true. Can she be a sub without falling in love?
Cade is the true meaning of dominant and has the reputation of leaving a sub if she falls in love with him. He has immediate interest in Vanessa as she enters the club. He shows her around and shows her the scene to gauge what her interests are, etc. Can he actually fall in love and want more than a sub??
Ladies this book is HOT! If you love erotica and fantasies coming true with a side of romance this book is for you.
This book is hot, sexy and one of THE best BBW and BDSM books I have read in a long time and I am ALREADY dying for the next book in the series.
Vanessa is tired of her vanilla lifestyle, so her friend Danica took her to a BDSM club, to give her encouragement to add a little spice in her life. Little did Vanessa know that within minutes of walking into the club she would meet someone who would change her life!
Cade had just finished with a sub that broke the rules, by has fallen in love with him. He has rules that are not to be broken, so can Vanessa keep her heart out of their relationship? Or will she have to end things with him?
Aidy Award is an Indy Author that has simply taken my breath away. Her writing is smooth, current and with none of those horrible flashback scenes that I hate. I have found that you don't just fall in love with her main characters, but all the supporting characters to and it leaves you panting for the next book! So because of that I give Curvy Temptation 9 out of 10.
I was happy and excited when I won this book from Goodread's first readers giveaway. It was very hard to put this book down at times. There are plenty of stuff I especially loved about it like how the author dedicated the book to herself, how Vanessa was a plus size 20,how from the moment Vanessa and Cade met they were drawn to each other sex rise and romantic, and how sweet they were together*found myself going *Aww*with a smile on my face through out the book. The sex scenes were very hot and I had fun reading this book.I cant wait to read more :)
After reading this a second time I thought I should do a review. I liked it just as much as I did the first time. One thing I enjoyed about Nessie is she wasn't too ashamed of her size abs she was NEVER ashamed or tried to cover up when around Cade.
listening to other people never works out (spoilers?)
Oh Nessa, you listened to everyone but the person that mattered and almost lost everything.
From the beginning Cade was giving clues to his feelings and she was so in her own head about her own insecurities and too busy listening to other people who knew him that she missed what he was saying. I get the insecurities, I do, I have many of them myself but I also know if you listen to people (truly listen to their words and body language) you will find the truth. Vanessa wasn’t listening, or she was but she heard the wrong people.
Angelica knew him as his previous sub but that didn’t mean she knew him enough to know what he was thinking or feeling. Danica knew him from watching him at the club, she started to see the changes but she never spoke up to Nessa, not that I blame her, Nessa wouldn’t have heard her if she had she was so stuck in this loop of “he doesn’t do love” and “I’m not good enough to love” that she couldn’t have heard anyone telling her that he did love her.
I only wish we would have gotten even a few chapters sprinkled in that showed Cade’s side see him falling for her and how he handled it. Still an excellent read!
Vanessa is a curvy accountant who has a dream of becoming a clothing designer. For her 33rd birthday, her bestie Danika, brings her to a BDSM club, Devils & Angels. When she first walks in, she meets a Dom by the name of Cade. The two are drawn to one another immediately.
Although she is told not to fall in love with Cade, because he supposedly does not do "love", she agrees to be in a D/s relationship with him. She is finding that Cade is so different with her than what she hears - she can totally be herself and he accepts her for who she is. Unfortunately, she ends up falling in love with Cade anyway and decides it's best to end the relationship so she doesn't get hurt.
How will Cade react to Vanessa's confession? Will he gladly let her go or fight to keep her?
The best gifts don't always come in small packages. Some come in plus sizes. I loved the Curvy Temptation where it honors the BBW. The Curvy series gets you out of your head with thoughts of body shamming and gets you focused on the beauty of the individual. Cade, every woman's dream, is sexy, compassionate, passionate, and Dominant in a VERY good way. Vanessa is a voluptuous, smart, and talented woman who desires to fulfill her sexual desires, and goes to a special club in hopes of having that but gets so much more. Overall quality of writing was really good. I wanted to give more stars, but there were quite a few glitches in proofreading. Some steamy intimacy scenes with a side of kink, no cheating or cliffhanger and you get a happy ever after. Enjoy 🤓
CURVY TEMPTATIONS by Aidy Award Whos ever gone somewhere you were not comfy with your best friend just to please them?! This story is of a very vanilla woman (Vanessa) entering her best friends (Danica) world of dominatrix and finds a man (Cade) that Wants her. Vanessa has always felt like the chubby girl that no one wanted until she meets a man at her friends fav. Club and starts to build her confidence. Cade seems like a regular man, a regular Dom without a Sub. The heat, the erotic connection between Vanessa and Cade is so intense... I ended up reading this in one sitting... I just couldn't put the book down. Absolutely perfectly written 5/5 STARS
I enjoyed this book very much. Danica introduces Vanessa to the BDSM club she attends. There is an instant attraction between Vanessa and Cade when they are introduced. Vanessa and Cade brought so much humor and heat to the story. It was playful, steamy, and another great BBW tale. They each wanted to give so much to the other and Cade especially wanted to help Vanessa accomplish her dreams. Lack of Communication almost cost them each other. Another great couple I am rooting for. These two will make it for sure. I read this in one sitting just like the first book and I can't wait to read more in the series! Thanks Aidy!
I have a rule, and I broke it for Curvy Temptation. Usually, if a book makes me cry, it’s an instant five stars. Despite how FANTASTIC this curvy love novel is, there’s a handful of typos/editing errors that pulled me right out of the story. That, and the ending didn’t quite match up for me. No spoilers, I’ll just leave it at that. The grand gesture trope was cute, I’ll give Andy props for that, especially since it wasn’t even really his fault. Gosh darn it, no spoilers. Fudge. Anywho, I’m excited to read more.
A couple inconsistencies... For their first play date, Cade asks Vanessa to meet him at Devils and Angels on Saturday. The next chapter, it's Friday. The second one, she takes him lunch at work and it mentions things like him being nude and them doing certain things without fount in depth, but this is before they've really done anything AND when she goes to his house for the dinner date, he's shirtless on the couch and she sees his 6 pack for the first time.
We met Cade in the Curvy Seduction series and he was delicious. It was lovely to catch up with him again in his own story and see where he disappeared to and what became of him. I loved Vanessa and all of her insecurities. She was new to the scene and struggling with what she was prepared to be and do and our lovely Cade was very patient. It was a lovely, very heated story. Delicious.
This story was sexy, realistic and very hot! Aidy is wonderful at describing a scene and assigning proper emotions to her characters. The writing ranges from light hearted, funny and witty to sensual and deep meaning. Love me a curvy sexy woman demonstrating how sensual we can be when we open up and trust. I cant wait to read everything this author has written
I enjoyed the fast pace and the high powered sensuality of this book but, the amount of typos and auto correct mistakes were more than a little distracting. I hate to give such low rating to a book I found fascinating but, the amount of mistakes are unforgivable.
Ms award’s story of Nessa and Cade was more than I had hoped it could be. The chemistry she draws from her characters is matched by the heat of their encounters. This is a perfectly spicy story of a bigger girl and her journey that gives us the HEA we all love!
This book was just straight up fun. I love Vanessa and Dani as friends. Their friendship makes every uncomfortable moment seem not so bad. I also love reading how these sexy curvy woman discover their beauty.
I really enjoy reading about curvy girls, as I am a curvy woman. This story was all about being together with the one you love. I would recommend this book to anyone.
2 ⭐️ 4 🌶️ while this book was filled with spice it was very poorly written. There were ton of grammatical errors, scenes that were awkward (at best), and the on page passion felt beyond forced. Would not recommend this book and sad that I was excited enough to have this trump my TBR!
Oh Sweet Ness You walked into the club and found more than you bargained for. You found inspiration, confidence, sex beyond compare and love. So hot and tempting
Fun steamy read you won't want to put down! Great characters that you can see yourself in, Aidy writes for real women with real bodies who just want a good book!
