very good book..adventurous, imaginative and very creative.
I enjoyed this book and I think it's good for young adults as well as adults.
Icarus goes on a adventure like no other, he meets very good and bad people but he's on a mission and he will do anything to complete it. He meets Gillian a bird, very dangerous bird at that who becomes his friend even though everyone else is terrified of this bird Icarus is not. they have quite a adventure together and the fight scenes are very cool. The evil king minos plays his not so nice part and and Icarus wants him to pay for what's he's done to him. that you'll have to read the book to find out.
I recommend this book to anyone who likes adventure, some fun, some fighting , and some cool details of places people and inventions you'd never think of.

Narrowly escaping an ambush by evil king Minos and his army, Icarus flies away on wings of metal made by his father, Daedalus. Thus begins Icarus’ journey to find help to rescue his father and disrupt King Minos plans to attack Athens.
This book is the second part of a still being written series, Clockwork Wings: the Chronicles of Icarus.
It picks up shortly after the ending of Part 1.
I applaud its unique blend of mythology and steam-punk.
It has an exciting plot with endearing characters.
I believe this series will appeal to readers of all ages.

Continuing with this awesome series
The writing is gripping ... the descriptions are solid. The authors continue to amaze with their powerful writing. This series is one of my favorites!
