Thanks to Green, I'm signed up to make my will and trust and a living will. Like the idea to put someone in your will to show you didn't forget them making it harder for them to contest the will.

This was a very essential, informational guide to be used by women throughout their entire lives. It contains more than just personal liability but also a parent's role in their children's liability as well as featuring helpful information on caring for the aging adults in our lives and employee/employer responsibility. A wonderful, easily comprehensible source for any legal issue a woman may face in her lifetime.

Saw this and two other nonfiction books on the "new books" shelf at the library. Why did I get this one? Looked interesting. Read a little: great sense of humor, so I couldn't resist! Lots of information which I didn't retain, but interesting reading and you could always look at again if you need some specific guidance. She gives lots of resources, too.

Very good overview of what is needed at various points in life. She gives examples/tells stories and it would have been useful after each story to say what could have been done to prevent the issue. Overall, it's very informative.

Pretty good overview of why women (and really, everyone) needs to pay attention to legal issues. Heavy on marriage, divorce, etc. Helpful chapters on legal issues with children, including advice for teens and parents guiding them through any encounters with police or the legal system.
