Nowhere Fast

Rate this book
Sixteen year old Memory Sloan is a nowhere girl from a nowhere town. An abusive, alcoholic father; a mother who exists solely in a world of schizophrenic delusions; two younger brothers who seem to be possessed by a single, foul-mouthed in Willow Creek, the Sloan family are considered beneath contempt and young Memory would do anything to escape the genetic shackles which bind her to a life barely worth living. With dreams of disappearing into the anonymity of a far-away metropolis, she knows there has to be a better life out there… somewhere. But how far is this tortured teenager willing to go? How much will she sacrifice to make certain her past will never haunt her again? How much of her soul will she give up? And how much blood must be spilled to ensure she doesn't continue going nowhere fast?

I just got this book recently and I totally loved it! From the very first page this book was non stop action. It kept me captivated and glued to the pages. Following a young woman trying her best to get out of a horrible life in small town America. She goes about things the wrong way, but she does what she thinks she needs to do to escape from her awful home life. I would definitely recommend this book to my fellow readers.
