This was the most useful book I was able to find to help me prepare for my c-section. There were no others I came across as comprehensive as this. I found there was lots of information that helped me to have a speedy and healthy recovery. Highly recommended to all future mothers, whether you are planning a c-section or not, as you will be very prepared either way.

Very useful book

Very informative and helpful book. I learned so much from this book starting from how to help and prepare myself going into hospital and recovering after c-section.

It was fine, but I couldn’t help but feel like he was talking down to his reader. This book is a little dated now too so I’m curious to know how much of the data shared is accurate.

Very good information

This is a great book to read if you know you're going to have a c section. I used the information during mine so that I knew what ti expect, how to help the anesthesiologist and things I could do to help recover quicker. I am having a relatively speedy recovery.
