The effective treatment of anorexia nervosa (AN) remains a significant challenge. This book presents the underlying theory and exercises for increasing cognitive flexibility among people with eating disorders. It is an interesting adjunct to traditional treatment for eating disorders. I would love to see more research on its effectiveness.
