When I first started to read Forgiven I wasn't sure where the character Bo came from until I found out he was the child of the main characters from the first book, I thought it would be strange reading about their children, however, Vicki Green did an amazing job with Forgiven. I loved the characters, the drama, and of course all the hot stuff to boot! You couldn't help but feel for Stormy and all the crap she's gone through and the fact that she has a crazy psycho trying to bring her down every time she tries to move forward and better herself. Bo wants to be her hero however, he soon learns there are some things only Stormy can save herself from. I really enjoy reading Vicki Green's work it's always intense and the guys are soooo smexy, you just wish you could reach through the pages and get your hands on them LOL. I can't wait to read the next book, I have already asked Vicki about it and am so siked to see what she has in store for us next!!

***Arc provided by Author for honest review

Another phenomenal book by Vicki that will completely melt your heart.

All of you that read the first book in this series fell in love with Jade & Knox. Well, now prepare yourself to fall for Stormy & Bo. Their story is a rollercoster of emotions but oh so worthy of reading. I rooted all the way through the book for their HEA and I was not disappointed with the author's delivery.
Stormy's life wasn't an easy one nor the choices she made but Bo truly brings the best in her. His love breaks the boundaries and so does his forgiveness. Beautifully writen book!

This is book 2 in the Touched series.

Forgiven review

Stormy Reece grew up with just her mother and spent most of her childhood days
hanging out behind the restaurant where her mother worked. That's where she met
Bo Dunway. They became great childhood friends and became inseparable until Bo
went off for college. Stormy rebelled early in life and went down the wrong
path. Now she can't seem to leave her past in the past. Her former life
continues to follow her. This strains her hopes for a future with the people
that love her.

Bo Dunway has always loved Stormy. Even when he went off to college she was on
his mind. He comes back when situations change. Will Stormy's past change the
way he feels for her? Will everything just be too much for him to handle?

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars

First of all, I just want to say that I love seeing Jade and Knox as the parents
in this book. They're older now, and I like to see how understanding they are of
Stormy. As the reader, I know that Jade can relate pretty well to Stormy and her
situation.
Then you have to love Stormy even with all her problems. Why not? Bo seems to.
Bo. Wow, I can just picture the offspring off the Jade and Knox combo. He has to
be super hot. Right? Bo is who kept me into this story. I just had to see how
much he would put up with and what he would go through. I was pretty certain he
would just look at Stormy and walk away early on in the story. She's definitely
a mess. So, Bo got that 4th star for this book from me.

There were a few things that I would change or question in this story. First, I
was confused how Stormy and Bo were so close but he didn't know about what she
was doing during her ALL her teenage years. Maybe he was blinded by his love for
her? The next thing is about the hospital. How many times can these people end
up in the hospital in one book? Wow, that doctor better get a great retainer
fee. I was over it by the third trip. Then, there's Pearl. I just want to know
more about her since she was the first kid and was actually mentioned in the
first book. Perhaps the next book is about her? I'm hoping. I guess since this
is Bo and Stormy's story I shouldn't expect more of Pearl than I got.

All in all this was a good book. Bo definitely kept me interested. I'm ready for
a third book!

Can a young boy know that the girl he plays with in a sandbox is his destiny? Bo met Stormy in a sandbox behind the Mexican Restaurant her mother worked at and his parents frequented. He told her that one day he was going to marry her.

Bo grew up in a wealthy family who loved him and took care of him. He didn't want for anything. Once he graduated from high school he moved away to go to college on a basketball scholarship to pursue a degree.

Stormy was not so lucky. She grew up with her loving mother but without knowing her father. Her mother and her struggled to get by. Stormy as a teen was rebellious and ran with the wrong crowd. She was not proud of how her life turned out.

Bo always wanted to be the person Stormy turned to, so he would be her hero. He was in love with Stormy for what seemed like forever to him. He still believes that she is the one he is going to marry.

Time had passed with Bo and Stormy not seeing each other because he was away and busy with school and basketball. She would turn to him when she got herself into trouble. She finds herself in trouble and he packs and leaves school to come to her rescue. The day he does that he receives a call from his parents and find out that Stormy's mom had passed away.

Bo finds out that Stormy has someone in her past who wants her back and will stop at nothing to get her. She continually tells Bo that she isn't good enough for him and that when he finds out about her past scions he won't want to be with her at all.

This book will keep you on an emotional Rollercoaster ride as Bo and Stormy try to work on their relationship and all the bad things that come their way. See if Bo and Stormy end up together or if Bo is wrong about his destiny. This is a great read!

UGH! I don't even know where to begin. Bo and Stormy met when she was 8 and he was 9. He was from a very rich family and her and her mother struggled. She was considered the dirty little girl behind the restaurant that her mother had. Here is where it goes off for me.
Now they are 19 and 20. Bo is away at college and out of the blue he gets a call from Stormy. Her mother has died and he comes running. When he finds her she is a mess. Her hair is ratty and she is all dirty. My question is why????? Was she on the run, in hiding. or something else going on. Immediately Bo is telling her he loves her but she has secrets she needs to share with him and his family. She confesses that at 13 she went to a party did some coke and ended up losing her virginity to a pimp. He convinces her to do some tricks and since she likes the money she agrees to it. So she has been a hooker for 6 years. Bo is pissed but then he suddenly gets over it and its okay. His family accepts it, which I can see since his mom was pretty much as close to being one as you can get also.
There were just some instances in this book that were off for me. When he first found Stormy and he is cleaning her up he washes her legs and feet. He goes to the bathroom then turns around and comes back and washes her face. Right after washing her dirty feet.
Bo, Pearl, Jade and Knox going on and on about how Stormy has always been apart of their family. So why did they not help her before she turned to hooking? The minute she is back in their lives they buy her a restaurant, remodel it and give her a car.
This story was so far fetched I skimmed through most of it. The sex scenes weren't even worth reading after awhile they were just repetitious.

Stormy hasn't has the easiest life. She was told what to do and when to do it. She always had Bo though. Getting away from her crappy life, she finds the one who has loved her unconditionally, Bo Dunway.

Bo has always loved Stormy. Even though she left his life for a year, she was and always will be the one for him.

This book.. dammit. This book was AMAZING. The way Bo loves Stormy is what some girls can only dream about. He didn't care about her past or what it entailed, all he wanted was her. The strength as their relationship built, was beautiful. Never once did they doubt their love for one another.

I laughed, I cried, I swooned and I got pissed! My emotions were all over the place, but only because Vicki makes you feel as if you are in the book! I would say I'm surprised, but I'm not. Vicki's talent knows no boundaries. Every single book gets better and better!! There's no way in hell you cannot enjoy this book, hell ANY of her books! After her first book, I no longer even attempt to read what it's about. My reaction is, "Vicki put out another book? Hell yeah!" She did a phenomenal job yet again! If you haven't read this yet, I suggest you get your butts moving and one click right now! You will not be disappointed!!

Having read the first book in the series, Touched, I started stalking Ms. Green on facebook...quietly lurking in the back of the room....watching and waiting for the announcement of the second book. When she offered an ARC, I jumped on the chance, was picked and here I am...totally blown away by the depth of the characters she writes.
Bo...wow...the kind of guy you want waiting for you, when you come to the conclusion that, yes, you can come home again... yes, there is love waiting for you... and yes, you can be forgiven.
Stormy...a girl that rebelled, made mistakes, so deserving of love but sabotages it at each turn.
I have rarely rooted for two people to find their HEA than these two...Well...maybe Jade and Knox from Touched. The hurdles that Bo and Stormy must overcome makes this book a must read.
I have found in several cases of a well written character, that I want to have conversations with them. Try to knock some sense into them. Yeah, I did that here...I had the most heartfelt talks in my mind with these two. Occasionally as I read it, I would talk out loud, making my husband think I am nuts! Vicki Green is now on my must read list...get this, read it...hope you liked it as much as I did!

I received an ARC of this e-book from the author Vicki Green in exchange for an honest opinion. This is my honest opinion.

We all want to be forgiven from something or someone, where it is from the love, our child(ren) parents, or for each other. . In this story you have to people that have grown up together over the years. Bo- an Stormy. Bo decides to go off to college an leaves behinds Stormy whom he has always protected. She has always been part of his family.

Bo returns home; but will the hurt that Stormy did to Bo allow him to forgive Stormy?? Will they be able to get back what they once had ?? In order to answer these questions and find out what happens you will need to read "FORGIVEN" . Ms Vicki , your writing just gets better an better. The characters are like people I know , but we all know people like this. I love the setting, and your characters, you make them so real.

This story seems so real, its like life is being played out in black in white while we are reading it. We laugh , cry, cheer, and Forgive those that we Love.

I give you 10 stars and Look forward to your next book in your series.

Bo has always loved Stormy. But one bad decision and now they have been appart. Bo decides he can forgive Stormy for it. So When Stormy calls needing him again he goes and gets her.
Stormy is grief stricken with the loss of mother. And Bo Comes to hear rescue. He is there for her when she needs him the most. Bo Has decided to move home and try to take care of Stormy. Meaning he is tranfering to a little college to finish.
Stormy is hiding something from Bo. Is it right that she doesn't want to share what happen to her previously. What if its protecting him and his parents. I loved Bo he was sweet and sexy and the fact he wanted to drop everything to take care of the Girl he has always loved. Really made me swoon.
Then there is Stormy. So many wrong choices not because she wanted to do those things but Because it was what she did to take care of herself and her mom. I relate with Stormy, How do you change your ways when its all you know.
The only thing i had trouble with in the book is it started a little slow for me. But then it picked up and moved quickly! This book offered you suspense, love, a little sadness, tons of happiness. and some super sizzling hot sex scenes

~~I received this in exchange for an honest review~~

Man oh man can Vicki write a great story! This story has love, tears, laughs, and a little bit of danger! This is a beautiful story of two childhood best friends. They were inseparable when they were little. Fast forward a few years and they are both in college. One went to college while the other was doing everything she shouldn't be doing.

Stormy is a beautiful girl that has just lost her mom. But because of the company she keeps, she is in danger. Real bad danger.

Bo has loved Stormy since the day he saw her. He loves her with all that he is. Can he protect her from herself and from the danger that she has put her self in?

I love reading Vicki's stories. I know that when I read her books I'm going to get a story that is well written and has her entire heart and soul poured into it. She is not afraid to make you cry. You can tell that she loves what she writes. Pick up this book now! You will not be disappointed!!!

This is an emotional story that will grip the heart of the reader and make them feel exactly what the character is feeling. Vicki Green did an amazing job at this book and I am honored that I got to read it.

Bo grew up not wanting for anything. He got in school on a scholarship and can follow his dream and do as he wishes.

Stormy grew up in less favorable circumstances.

When Bo and Stormy become friends, they become the type of friends that are inseparable. They tell each other everything. Not only that, but the strike up a bit of a romance.

When Stormy comes back into Bo's life, he's forced to step back and realize that he has two choices. Follow his dreams, or be with Stormy.

Not only that, but will the forgiveness needed be found for Bo and Stormy so that their past can be put to rest?

Once I read the first book of the series I knew right away I had to read this one. First off I love how Vicki changed up the male and female roles in this book. Love how Bo was so sweet and innocent and how Stormy wasn't a bad girl but she wasn't innocent by any means. I loved how these 2 characters grew up together and knew each other their whole lives and how Bo always told her he would marry her one day. There were many different things that Stormy had to overcome in this book but Bo was always there to help her no matter what. It just took my breathe away the love he had for her. There were some moments that melted my heart at times and other times I was one the edge of my seat trying to figure out how things would turn out. If you haven't read this book or any books by Vicki your missing out!!! Can't wait to start the next book and find out about Pearl!!

I so loved this story. Read in one sitting I was totally gripped.

Bo is the son of the characters we met in book one. I was super excited to read more about them as I loved book one so much. This is a truly lovely romantic story of Bo and Stormy. Bo is Stormys knight in shining armour. Stormy has gone through so much pain that the only one that will save her is Bo.

No matter what Vicki Green writes I know I'll read it and love it. She has such a lovely way of telling a story that I feel she is sitting beside me telling me the story rather than me reading it. She has such a great way with words. I so absorbed by the story I didn't notice time pass me by.

Looking forward to reading more by this brilliant author.

Forgiven by Vicki Green is the second book it the Touched Series. This book tells us the story of Bo Dunway and Stormy Reece (Bo is the son of Knox and Jade from Touched). Bo has loved Stormy his entire life, ever since they met as small children. Stormy led a difficult childhood with her hard-working single mother. They always had to scrape to get by and Stormy rebelled a lot in her teen years, often causing her to drift away from Bo. She did many things in her life that she knew Bo could never forgive her for, so she thought there was never a chance for them. Through the death of her mother and other events, we learn that true love and forgiveness go hand in hand

I was given this for an honest review. This is the second book in the series. I really enjoyed this book. I fell in love with Vicki as an author with the first book where we met Jade and Knox. In this book it is the love story of their son Bo. Bo who has been in love with Stormy most of his life. Stormy has NOT had the best life but has always cared and loved Bo. This was a very enjoyable book. I am very excited to see what happens in the next book....

Vicki Green has done it again. FORGIVEN is soul touching. Who ever thought a kids sand box would cause a life long connection. Bo and Stormy are and always will be connected thanks to a sand box. Their connection, love and determination get them through obstacles that most would not.
Vicki can reach out and stop your heart till you finish the book as she does with all her books.

Ugh!! I don't really know how to rate this one so I'm gonna go with a 1.5! I started skimming after 58% because I couldn't take anymore that that Stormy chick! She was so ungrateful, selfish and whiny. Coming from the background she did u think she would have been a better person. I absolutely detested her and struggled with the fact the Bo 'loved' her because she had nor redeemable qualities in my eyes. Everything was only centred on her and how it would make her feel. Like when she found out she was pregnant... 'no don't tell anyone, especially not Bo, I'm not ready for that'. No consideration to anyone else feelings. So, so selfish. Ugh! I felt like reaching through my Kindle and strangling her with all that long hair she supposedly had.
Bo was the only reason I got as far as 58% percent but then I had to give up because I couldn't take any more of the heroine. I kept waiting. For. Him to wake up and realise that she wasn't worthy or the pedestal her seemed to put her on and she was nothing but an ungrateful cow!

You know what I guess it's my own fault for picking this up after how much I hated the first one! Serves me right then.

Forgiven is the second book in the Touched series. Vicki Green has a talent in writing stories that keep the reader addicted to her stories. The first story is about Jade and Knox and book two is about their son Bo and his sweet heart Stormy.
Knowing each other most of their lives, meeting at the age of 8 and 9. From the first day Bo told Stormy, that he was going to marry her one day, and she would always laugh him off. As they grew older, Stormy’s life got tougher and she ended up in a bad situation, but not wanting Bo or his family to know what was going on she tried hiding instead of asking for help.
Forgiven shows, how no matter what your past holds, there are ways to overcome it and become who you want to be, not what your stuck in and think that is all you can do.
Vicki does an wonderful job of balancing sweet romance, a little spice and some suspense to make the book move along and keep the reader interested in her work.

I WAS GIVEN A COPY OF THIS BOOK FOR AN HONEST REVIEW

Stormy and Bo....

Stormy is a strong woman who has had a hard life. She isn't proud of what she has had to do in her past but she makes no apologies. She did what she had to do to survive.

Bo has loved Stormy since he was little and found her playing in ally in the sandbox.

Their different lives lead them astray but not for very long. And when Stormy needs Bo he drops everything to go to her side.

Stormy decides it is time to make a change in her life and for the better. But sometimes leaving the past isn't that easy.

Can Bo stand beside her and help her or will he get caught in the cross fire and decide Stormy isn't worth it?

This was a good book but I felt that it was to long. Some of the book could have been brought together a little better. But over all I would recommend it to others.

3.5 star review - Forgiven is the story of Bo Dunway, the son of the main characters from Touched. He has been in love with the same girl his entire life. He has the love of two wonderful parents and a future any man would dream of. Stormy has faced more heartache and abuse than any young girl should. He youth was anything but easy and she did things she is not proud of to survive. After the death of her mother, Stormy is thrown back into the path of her childhood best friend. Together Bo and Stormy must learn that the past is the past and forgiveness is easily given to the one that you love. Again I had similar issues with Forgiven, I had a harder time flowing with the story line and getting lost in the world. I would say to someone that Forgiven is worth reading and will still read Pearl's story, Trusted.

I really love Bo & Stormy! Their journey started in a sandbox, just like Bo's parents (Knox & Jade, from book 1 in the series), which I thought was a cute story tie-in. : ) I didn't quite understand some of the reasoning behind Stormy's past, but enjoyed the way they found their way back to each other.

This was a very emotional read, bringing both laughter and tears. Good job to the author! Really looking forward to book 3, Harley & Pearl's (Bo's sister) story. We got to know a little about Harley in this book & my interest is definitely piqued in his history, and how his & Pearl's story will develop. : )

Arc received for honest review

Once again Vicki can bring an amazing heartfelt story to life.

Once you have fallen in love with Knox and Jade you won't want to leave their family and you won't have to. This book follows their son Bo and his childhood friend and love Stormy.

Be prepared for an amazing rollercoaster of emotions. Take a child who has always been a part of your family without being related and add in so much pain and heartache. But never give up on the power of love.

Another amazing read you won't want to put down until you see how everything will turn out for these inseparable childhood friends.

I really enjoyed this story. I was really excited when I found out it was about Knox and Jade's son Bo. Jade and Knox had an incredible love story and Bo and Stormy's was no different. Bo knew when they we children that he was going to marry Stormy and had always told her he would. They found themselves separated for many years before being reconnected, but will their relationship be the same or different then it was? With past mistakes come back to haunt them and keep them apart or push them closer together?
Vicki has such an incredible way with words and story lines and this book is just another great example of her talent!

I read this book on one sitting. I love this series and just couldn't put it down! Bo is just like his dad, protective, strong, loving and oh boy is he hot!!! Stormy hasn't had a wonderful life so has built up a wall around her heart to protect it. Only Bo can break down this wall. Separately these two are good but together they are amazing!! I just adore this series, the family life portrayed makes my heart sing. It's what we all wish for. Vicki Green you make me feel the characters feelings like no other author can. You are fabulous!!
