I have finished reading the Bible for the purposes of this review, but, truth be told, the Bible should be studied by all professing Christians their entire life. Which is what I intend to do.

I particularly like this translation, not only for its erudition, but, also, the historical footnotes which helps to put certain phrases in context.

As Dr. Jordan Peterson said, the Bible is a foundational book from which all others derive.

I encourage all to read and study the Bible, and confess the name of Jesus Christ, so they might have life everlasting.

All praise honor and glory to the Son, the Holy Spirit and the Father. Amen.

If you believe the gospel is all about salvation and nothing else then you might enjoy his study notes. Since I no longer hold to that belief system, I find his study notes unhelpful.
