As an admirer and collector of Erté's work, I knew I had to get this book when I found it. It celebrates the life and work of the legendary Russian-born French artist and designer Erté, often called the "father" of Art Deco. The book includes a wide array of his designs, from fashion illustrations and stage sets to posters and jewelry designs. If you’re a fan of Art Deco or just love a great coffee table book, this is a great choice.

It's kind of unbelievable that Erte was creating such a huge volume of impeccable designs at 95 years old. They are absolutely gorgeous and I love his art style. Recommended!
