There is insufficient substance to most of this one. It was a let down on plot, but the relationship moves forward in a satisfying way. These scenes redeem the filler and fluff. Midp and Hiura’s relationship is nuanced by the gender ambiguity and incipient male puberty changes, and whether this will bring them closer together or add social challenges.
Still very cute, but felt mostly filler. I do enjoy a festival plotline, but I think it could’ve been a few scenes rather than the whole volume, and I could’ve done with a bit more going on otherwise. I’m still very invested in the series though and the last few pages make me very excited for the next volume.
The art is really good The relationship between The main characters is really cute. And the dilemma that Hiura Faces now is really interesting and then the school festival part I found really cute
