We start book 3 off with a prologue that gives us more insight in the prophesy and the war that looms over the land. We then head back to where book 2 ends. It quickly pulls you in and doesn’t let go. As we read the story we are pulled deeper and deeper into the all the drama, action, lies, and deceptions that surrounds the story. We journey alongside Ava and Maeto. Their journeys may be different but no less fraught with danger. The story telling done by Rose Garcia will have you transfixed throughout the entire story. You feel as if this is more than a book or story being told. It feels like a journey that you truly are experiencing. The characters development throughout the series is fabulous and we see the growth within the pages of all three books. It is beautifully written and developed. I love how the story and series ends. It is absolutely a fantastic story that will not disappoint.

“A Legacy Forged” is the conclusion to Rose Garcia’s fantasy romance series, Bloodlines Legacy, and it was a completely and utterly epic read!
So much has happened between Mateo and Avalynn, our fierce and powerful main characters, and as a result, there’s still a lot of pain and mistrust between them.
Their story is long and complicated, and they’ve betrayed each other more than once. Without giving too much away, I can definitely say that Mateo and Avalynn had much to work through before they could even think of finding happiness.
At this point, I was fully invested in Mateo and Avalynn’s love story, and in the fate of Faevenly itself, of course! Reading this book felt like a race against the clock, and I couldn’t put it down to save my life! All in all, I would absolutely recommend this series.

So I came upon this series recently the Bloodlines Legacy series and loved it. This is the finale in the trilogy. From the start of the boom I could not put it down, and one thing I truly find hard is books that keep my attention for the duration and this book did just that. The world building was fantastically done, and the character were so well developed and diverse. The storyline is fast-paced and very well written. I received and Advanced Reader Copy of this and am posting an honest review of this book.

This is such an awesome book. I really loved it so much. I love how the heroine really grows in her journey. The secondary characters are also really fun and awesome. I love the book a lot. Go check it out.

Shoo! Ms Garcia doesn't play around, she gets the blood coursing through my veins immediately, she gets me to swallow hard with every subsequent page! Her penmanship is stunning, her craftsmanship is stunning, her storytelling is stunning!
Picking up right after the previous book, my heart was in my throat as Avalynn was on the cusp to lose it all, her sanity, her identity, her reasoning. Avalynn is the Only One, the one who is prophecieed to unite the lands but right now, she's the lost one, lost to a magic that has stolen her memory, has stolen who she is, what she is. The Wild North has stripped her of it all, she's now a member of the Valians but there are kernels of doubt that keep surfacing. Clawing her way to remembering, at the hands of Inez was wrought with emotional turmoil, the dreams she has suddenly make sense, everything suddenly makes sense, the reason she's in the Wild North makes sense but definitely not easier! I was beside Ava the entire time, cheering her on, witnessing her evolution first hand, and what an evolution! From a Princess tormented, to a Princess who discovered the truth about herself, to the Princess who embraced her destiny, it was all laid out beautifully. Ava's compassion, loyalty and ability to inspire are just some of the things I loved about her. Her reasoning, her refusal to give up on those she loves, to give up on herself, is another. As is her heart. Always in the right place, whatever the odds, whatever the cost. That heart was the reason she braved the Wild North, her love for Mateo, made her unstoppable. But it was touch and go a lot of the time...
Oh boy, the Mateo both I and Avalynn loved was slowly being eroded from within, changing into a monster. The only cool thing about that, is his disdain, distrust and disgust for Raelor, who's vile beyond vile. No, actually, that would be the dragon Teyocel, who has more darkness in him, more evil in him than any being alive. Although, if I line them up, together with Mateo's despicable mother, they, collectively, are evil personified! What they've done to Mateo is horrifying, twisted into someone, something that he's not. All by means of a clever dupe, a well placed word, a magic spelled that has it's clutches in him, through him, and he knows no better, he remembers nothing but what the evil forces want him to, his mind usurped by a mere trinket, a very powerful one indeed. Good grief, I kept wanting to shout at him, "WAKE UP AND SMELL THE ROSES!" It took some very dramatic events before he finally did, and I was on the edge of my seat throughout.
As tense and dramatic as the events are, the characters are superbly brought to life, their roles distinct, with Bramble bringing much needed comic relief, hells, he's positively hilarious! That mouth! Sonia, set on a path of destiny, of conviction; Keeth, Lirien, the greatest friends one could ask for; the gorgeous Strom, the majesty of Izel, which is like a soothing balm, she is just magnificent! The thread of love and family is strong throughout this story, where evil has no place even as it's tentacles tighten, Ms Garcia ensured a tale of magnificent proportions.
Ms Garcia stepped up the drama, culminating in the face off of Avalynn and Mateo and my heart literally stopped! Like NOOOO!!! Only a good thing came of this, Mateo finally shattered from his "imprisonment" sees clearly again. But what he see revolts him, what he suddenly understands cuts him to the core and it all falls into place. I have to admit that I heaved a sigh of relief but I wept at what he'd done, so magically and so startlingly unforseen by me, my mouth hung open. Where he should have been free, at last himself, he was tethered. What transpired next was OMG! I felt as though I were battered and bruised, Ms Garcia did a real number on my emotions!
Geez like! The author ran circles around me! So brilliantly did she convolute and conceal her twists, when they were exposed, it felt as though a sword had run me through! First with what Mateo "became", then the Valians, then Izel, oh my lordie, pounding in my ears twisted tension! Each time I think I can unclench my fists, allow myself an easy breath, do you know what Ms Garcia does? She took me on a journey I wasn't sure I'd survive. She chuckles, I'm convinced she does, because the path she's strewn before me is littered with deadly thorns, piercing my, making me hitch all over again! And finally sliding it gently (not so gently!) wrapping it up with aplomb and leaving me smiling at the "rightness" of it all.

The epic conclusion to Rose Garcia’s Bloodlines Legacy series is finally here! A Legacy Forged continues the epic journeys of Avalynn and Mateo and the world they are trying to save. Book two left readers on a cliffhanger of devastating means and our MCs separated. Rose continues her amazing writing throughout the story, weaving storylines of past characters and new seamlessly. This series impacted me more than I thought it would and I have enjoyed every second I have spent reading it.
Starting this book off with Avalynn not remembering anything about who she is or what her quest is immediately had me needing to know how she would prevail. Her dreams hold her memories, but now they don’t make sense to Avalynn. As she fights her way back to remembering who she is, readers finally see her believe just how strong she is, something we’ve been seeing the entire time.
Mateo, Mateo, Mateo. He may not be fighting trying to get back his memories, but he is definitely fighting to be brought back to his normal self. He has been put through so much in this book. Those who don’t want him and Avalynn to succeed have turned him into something that was hard to read about. Twisting, manipulating, and breaking him through a magic spell gives off total Peeta and Dorian vibes as those who truly care about him fight to save him. Seeing him on the other side wrecked me, but knowing that Rose wouldn’t break my heart completely kept me going to see how he would be restored. If he was restored. The final battle had me so anxious….IYKYK!
While this is the end of this trilogy, there is so much room for spin-offs and continuations within this universe. I would love to see side characters get their own stories, within them see how Mateo and Avalynn are doing, and see how they have healed. A story that many times made me stop and just stare at the pages thinking “Did that just really happen?”, once again showing how Rose’s writing talents truly make the readers feel as part of the story. A must read, plain and simple! A MUST READ SERIES!

Rose Garcia has hit another home run! Wow! What an incredible and unpredictable ending to an amazing series!
Garcia has spoiled us readers with her pen and ability to craft such wonderful worlds and characters. Her characters have so much depth and it's exciting as a reader when each layer is pulled back. The world-building is beautiful. She pours so much action into her stories! It's amazing how much she packs into a 290 page book. Her pacing is great and she keeps you on the edge of your seat!
This book begins with the cliffhanger from A Shadow Falls. I was trying to figure out how Garcia would resolve all of that. Needless to say, she wowed me. I never could have predict what happened! Over the course of this book, we see Avalynn and Mateo grapple with identity and place in the world. I appreciated that there was darkness in this book. Garcia demonstrates how redemption is possible, and that love of other is more powerful than hate.
I don't want to give anything away, but this story blew me away! I love how Garcia finished the series. It was so powerful! More powerful than what I expected. I cannot wait to see what she has in store for us next!

We jump right back into the third and final book of this fast‑paced YA fantasy and it does not let up. We pick up from where we left off as our incredible characters journeys continue. It’s gripping, it’s exciting, it’s full of twists and turns, danger, drama, magic and intrigue and once started I could not put this down. The world building continues to enthral, the storyline gets more intense and suspenseful as the author leads us down a path to an epic conclusion. Questions are answered and storylines bought together as the author weaves their magic and brings everything together. Absolutely, thoroughly and unequivocally loved this!

I loved that this book picked up right where book 2 ended. What I really liked was how we got a deeper look into one of the characters and how the prophecy came to be. What I wish was different, was how dark Mateo turned. I wish he could have clawed back to find himself and realize what was going on that way. How the author handled Mateos story was also good though. I loved learning more about the Valians and the dragons. There are some great twists in this book that you don’t see coming. They are really good! All in all it’s a good read. I received an ARC copy of this book from the author and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Absolutely love this series and this book was the perfect conclusion that left no stone unturned.
First omg Mateo and how overcome with evil he was and the evil Teyocel feeding him into the darkness more.
Them losing their memories and only remembering part of their names or in one case his weapon was so devastating but when they finally get them back Avalynn figures out how to save Mateo.
Poor Mateo my heart broke when he had to feel all the emotions of all the evil he did because of the necklace 😭.
Love his revenge of sending his parents and sister to the human lands where they would have no power and could no longer harm anyone.

This is definitely my favorite book of the trilogy! Thank you for the ARC! There was so much happening in this book and so much excitement. I was deeply saddened by a loss of a character that cut deep, but overall I really enjoyed seeing how events played out and came to a close. I think it was a mostly satisfactory conclusion to Mateo and Ava’s story.
There were definitely twists I didn’t see coming, and I love that because I’m usually pretty good at spotting things a mile away! Things really came together but not always as you expect.

The final conclusion to this great trilogy. Everything gets fixed and wrapped up at the end. There were so many twists and turns I had a hard time putting the book down. Seeing Avalynn and Mateo come together to defeat the evil and bring the good magic back was great. I enjoyed that love helped with the evil. If you enjoy dragons, magic, and challenging characters this is a great trilogy to read.

This was a great series conclusion with plenty of action, some romance, and forgiveness.
Mateo and Avalynn had parted ways rather dramatically at the end of the last book, and this one picks up right after with Avalynn having forgotten pretty much everything.
This is not the author's last adventure into this world because there's plenty more to explore, but this is the last official entry focused on Mateo and Avalynn for now.

We get started here with a bit more info on the prophecy then head right back into the story. Avalynn is missing her memories and Mateo has become the queen's biggest threat. With war fast approaching, Avalynn realizes she will be heading into battle. Mateo is being consumed and may not make it out.
This is a wonderful conclusion to Avalynn and Mateo's story. While it is the end of this story I am hoping that we will be able to return to this world again and seen other stories.

Such an amazing ride and read. I have been there since day 1 with Julio and Manny and now Ava and Mateo. I hope Rose gives us more including all the pieces and complete back store to Draven. Once you pick up this book there's no putting it down. It sucks you in and you are sitting in Manny's home with his children. You are right there with Mateo in the throne room while he's holding his damn necklace.

This book was such a great conclusion to the series! Mateo has been poisoned by dark magic and is now nicknamed the dark prince. Avalynn is with the Valians in the Wild North and does not remember who she is. The queen is plotting with the king and Raelor. Lady Sonia has another vision. How will all of these storylines converge? What happens to Lirien, Keeth and Gareth? All the answers can be found by diving in to this book. Highly recommended!!

What an absolutely epic book that was. It had me on the edge of my seat the whole way through. With epic plot twists and game changers. Sadness and devastation. Huge loss. But incredible world building. You live their lives alongside them cheering them on. I can’t wait for the next chapter. Gosh am I so invested in this world.

Such an amazing read. This book will grab your interest and keep you reading no matter what you need to do. It moves along at a pace that makes for a comfortable read. The characters are fantastic. They seem so real that you feel as though you have known them forever and you want to be there for them through thick and thin. This book needs to be read. You will not be disappointed.

This was a wonderful end to this series. I absolutely adored the Avalynn and Keethe banter!! I loved seeing Matteo slowly lose himself and regain himself. The world of Faevenly was beautifully crafted and I loved seeing how everything connected. Sonia's story is so fascinating and I NEED a novella about her.

A rather addictive adventurous book! A truly wonderful wrap up to the series! The plot just kept getting thicker and thicker, but the wrap up was written so beautifully! It was all resolved in the end with such grace. An emotional story with beautiful characters and chemistry! A definite recommend! Thank you to Luna Blooms PA services for this wonderful ARC!

Entertaining finale! Fun, exciting action, and a touching connection between Avalynn and Mateo. Enjoy the no memory scenario with Avalynn, and a rising above the darkness scenario. Plus, there’s the prophecy to contend with, and the magical elements that add to this interesting story. Avalynn and Mateo have/are dealing with a whole lot. Enjoyed the read. This was a wonderfully engaging series!

I am giving this 3.5 stars and rounding to 4 because that's how math works.
First, I'd like to say that I need Izel to transform me. IYKYK. I loved this turn of events and would like to see the author pursue a spinoff based on that.
Books 1 & 2 were phenomenal reads, but this one left me feeling a little unfulfilled. The fights seemed anti-climatic, and everything felt a bit too easy.

I really enjoyed this book. This book features lots of twists and turns. This book solidified my feelings about Raelor and Izel. I still hate Raelor and absolutely love Izel!!! I love Mateo and Avalynn!!

Great book for fantasy lovers. Easy to love characters and great world. It’s creative and keeps your blood pumping. It’s magical. lol if you haven’t read the series start now, you won’t be disappointed.
