I am sortof amazed that more people are not aware of this cookbook.
It has big beautiful photographs. I personally would prefer more recipes and fewer photographs but that is just me.
This book lives up to its title.
What I particularly like is that it has some really unusual recipes in it. How many cookbooks have recipes for stir fried chickpeas, broccoli and chestnut terrine, picked herrings with beet and apple relish, etc.
So for anyone who wanted a cookbook with fast, healthy and sometimes unusual recipes, this definitely would be the cookbook for them.
