Mimi Kirk is one of my favorite raw food advocates. This juicing book is over 300 pages long and full of information on juicing, including scads of juice and smoothie recipes. It covers information on equipment, ailments, fasting/detox, and even blending.
I love the colorful pictures included. This undoubtedly is one of my new favorite juicing books. Worth every penny!

The recipes seem pretty good. I would have liked to know how many oz each recipe yields. I even asked the author via social media and she apparently was too busy to respond. That makes it difficult to determine how much of each ingredient to get...Otherwise it's a pretty interesting book. I adore the layout.
