Happily Ever After...

They say that if you don't have your happy ending, the story isn't over.
They have no idea just how right they are.

This story is only just beginning...
And it begins with a bang.

Aimee James, along with every dream and every person she has ever loved, has changed. Each of the people she loves is holding onto their humanity by a thread that gets thinner each day.
But Aimee is lucky.
She has something tying her to her mortal heart.
A single feather.

What started with a kiss will end with a kiss.

I love this whole series! But it felt like waiting years for this book, when in reality it was only a couple of months. The Devil's Roses and Blackwater Witches come together to battle out the end of the world, the Apocalypse. If you have not read the first 5 books at a minimum this book will confuse you, a lot! But you will still love it. And I recommend reading the 2 Balckwater Witches books as well. Not just so you understand everything happening here, but also because the are awesome! I was nervous on what was going to happen with the sneak peaks and teasers Tara released while waiting for the release day of Redeemers. But the way the story played out and the twists that go all the way back to the beginning, I can't help but feel all is right, even if it hurts and is devastating and sad. There are so many emotions and shocking moments. I felt like I was holding my breath and on the edge of my seat for the entire book! I never anticipated what was coming, and when I did figure something out, I was still shocked and surprised with the full revelation. I can't wait for the next and final book. But at the same time it makes me sad to see this series come to an end! At least I can re-read them as many times as I want to!

After Death (book 5), when Redeemers was mentioned, I had a picture in my mind of what the story might be like. I don’t know why I even attempt to guess at the plot, because Tara Brown always catches me off guard with her twists... and I love it!

I think originally Redeemers was meant to follow The Devil’s Roses Book 5, Death, but there are two additional stories, Blackwater Witches and Midnight Coven which I would suggest reading before Redeemers so you know who Lorelei is.

I love this series. It brings together a wide variety of paranormal creatures, and keeps you entertained with love, death, heartbreak, action, surprises, and a little bit of humor. Just one note, the series gets more adult in nature with each book. While I feel that Cursed could pass for Mature YA, Midnight Coven and Redeemers are definitely 18+.

I am very excited for the conclusion in Betrayers.

A must Read series

This is a must read series, if you haven’t already! It has action! Drama! And comedy relief! The only thing I didn’t like was the ending broke my heart, and the fixed it again! If you haven’t read AE Watson The Roses Academy (The Devil’s Roses) series your missing out... so run out and get it!

Magnificent

This set was fantastic. Of course Dorian was my favorite. I almost never cry and I cried 13 times. 13. Plus dozens of other times where I almost cried. Loved the ending because it completes and sets up for the next set. I still have questions, but nothing major. A must read!!

Really, she had to kill Aleks again?! Disgusting Hanna was his soul mate?!?! Seriously!!! Sam as the Antichrist!!! Seriously!!! All the books Aimee keeps going back and forth from Shane to Aleks. I adore both of them. She ends up with neither one?!?!

Back to where it all began with Aimee James. This tells of a new problem with the Devil's Roses angels; being stuck under Lillith's spell.

Supernatural fans rejoice, but add some spice, and I mean a lot of it!😏🤭

Now I must say if you are anything like me you might need to go back and get a refresher before reading this book. I was a bit confused at first, but it didn't last very long. With that being said I absolutely loved The Redeemers-Part One and cannot wait for the next book!

Aimee and the other Roses are now Redeeming Angles, or at least that's what they were supposed to be. Instead they are acting just like the fallen have been for centuries. How is the world supposed to survive when the very ones sent to save are the ones ignoring everything but the fun in life?

Aimee may be acting like the others, but something about her is different. She is able so see clearly for at least a few hours at a time. The one thing that seems to be grounding her is the love that she lost. The love that she wishes she could have back.

With the world only getting worse can Aimee keep a clear head long enough to figure out what is really going on? Or is the world doomed to the evil that seems to be getting stronger each and every day?

A fast paced read that will have you rushing to the end. Cannot wait for the continuation of this story!! There are many events that will have you flabergasted and stunned.

This has to be the best book in the series yet! I love how everything from the previous book tied in together perfectly. I hate when a series leaves off and then picks back up in a random place, and your left trying to figure out what you missed. Tara Brown writes her way right into your heart, you can't help but get attached to her character's, and invested in what's coming next. I loved the fact that Dorian and Amy were able to be together finally, but sad at the same time that Aleck is gone! I can't believe the path that Sam has taken, I really thought he would snap out of his funk in the end. This was a real page turner and zipped through it in one sitting. My only compliant is that I have to wait so long for part 2 to come out! All in all this was a great read and recommend to anyone that's kept up with this series, Great Job!! < 3

Amazing

I have been waiting on this book for so long! I was so excited to get started and continue the journey. Is was blown away! It was everything and more than I what I expected!
Amie and the rest of her friends have put the world on the back burner and they are losing there perception of time. is millionth the cause for this? or is the thought of bringing the world back to hard to fathom.
Get ready for Love in the Purest and Hate at its darkest and not to forget the twists that will make your jaw drop! An amazing Story by my favorite, Tara Brown! If you love Paranormal Romance, then this is for you! Even if you don't, it's still an unbelievable story!

Bummed!

What do I read now?! I can't emotionally detach myself from the people in this book.

It's an amazing installment. Mrs. Brown, you are without a doubt one of my very favorite authors, and I've read upwards of 100 different books since I was gifted my kindle this past Christmas. I'm a book junkie, and TL Brown hits the spot. Read this series from the beginning! It starts out wonderful and only gets better! 9,000 stars.. but they only let me give 5. Booo!

Please hurry with the next one!!

Goddamnit!!! How much longer for the last one?????

I loved this book. OMG, Alise!!! Terra!!! Dorian!!!!! Loved it!!! Saw who the anti-christ was when they knew it was one of Lillith's many children. But boo and yay all at once at some of the things that happen.

I truly loved this book. Best one out of the series (and that's saying a lot because all of The Roses books are good).

In need of The Betrayers now!!!

Aimee has been my favorite rose through the entire series and I was so happy this book went back to her perspective. I was also happy to see Lorilei from The Blackwater Witches and the stories were tied together well. This was a great book just like the rest. I cannot wait until the next one comes out.

5 Stars!

Redeemers is the 8th book in The Devil's Roses Series and it starts off where book 5 Death ended. Lorri has made all the Roses into redeemer angels. The Roses must battle Lillith but that is harder then it seems, and she has a surprise for them. Redeemers is a wonderful addition to the series and I can't wait to start reading Betrayers the final book in the series.

So great

I loved the book. I can't wait till the next one to see what happens. I couldn't help but feel sad for the tragedy of Aleks, Hannah, and Sam. I feel like they never had a chance at all.
