Very useful and you could as well adapt the 9 rules not only in the business scenario but in your routine also as I believe so.

This book really highlighted to me the flaws in my communication patterns and the attitudes that I need to embrace in order to be a more effective person - especially in the work life.

I find that the worksheets at the end of each chapter are quite helpful in driving the lessons and questions to a personal level.

Not a bad book for more effective communication. I definitely got to take away some nuggets in here. But I can't help but wonder how realistic and practical it is to apply some of these concepts. 100% ownership for things you don't control? Really?

I actually found this book hard to get through. It had really good information that you could apply to your social life when it comes to communicating but I just found it really boring.

This book really can help me build up the knowledge of how-to-articulate-clearly. I like it very much.
