This sounded like such a fun book! And I’m sure it would have been but the typos and errors and awkward sentences are so constant and abundant I can’t go five word without having to untangle what the sentence is supposed to mean. I even skimmed ahead to see if it got any better and it didn’t.
It’s just not readable. Hopefully it’ll get reworked and rereleased someday.
Oh Arimi please just stop picking up mlm books with shirtless dudes on you never enjoy them.
A part of me hoped this would be one of those sweet, sweet books that I hear the girls talking about when they discuss reading straight romance and how I must read their favourite books before finding out its powerless or something.
This might have been a good read, but the astronomical amount of typos in this book makes it nearly unreadable. I hope the author invests in an editor next time.
There were weird flashbacks to things that happenedbin the past, a weird fight with a syndicate, mind control, and just some weird happenings.
This will be my first and last from this author, and I feel like 1.5 stars is being super generous. My brain hurts from trying to decipher around the mess of misspellings and errors.
Interesting start to the series. This one is a pit viper and a flying squirrel shifter story. Soren, the flying squirrel is an Omega who spends his time rescuing captured Omegas. This time he goes to a facility where the Omegas are kept to eventually bred with the snake shifters and propagate the poison. Vasilis is the pit viper who was injured 10 years ago and was nursed back to health by Soren. Soren was so cute. When Vasilis was trying to hide him, he would shift and hang onto Vasilis' chest hair, pulling either the right or left side when he wanted to change direction. An interesting story, but I have to admit I do find snake shifters a little creepy.
I would 100% give this book 5 stars, but due to the numerous grammar errors, spelling errors, repetition of some words and sentences, I’ve gone with 3.
The plot itself is amazing, the characters are complicated but loveable, and the ending is perfect.
Unfortunately there are some plot holes, continuity issues and parts that ignore what was stated earlier on in the story.
Definitely worth a read, but go in with an open mind due to the errors in the editing.
I enjoyed the story well enough, although I feel there could have been a tighter resolution in the end. And there were heaps of spelling mistakes. Heaps. I do love a feisty omega, and Soren was amazing.
