عندما مات المسيح على الصليب هل إصطلح العدل من الرحمة وحُلَّت مشكلة الله، أم إصطلح الله مع الإنسان وحُلَّت مشكلة الإنسان.ـ

هل المسيح بموته على الصليب دفع فدية للشيطان؟ أم للآب؟ أم لم تكن هناك فدية أصلاً؟ هل هي فدية أم فداء؟

خطية الإنسان إهانة لكيان الله أم لكيان الخاطئ؟ إن كانت إهانة لله فنحن في حاجة الى رفع العقوبة. وإن كانت إهانة لكيان الإنسان فنحن في حاجة الى الشفاء. فماذا صنع الفادي إزاء هذا؟

هل أخذ المسيح جسداً قابلاً للموت؟ إن كان قد أخذ جسداً قابلاً للموت فكيف يكون الإله؟ وإن كان جسده غير قابل للموت فكيف يفتدي أجسادنا القابلة للموت، وكيف أُسلم للموت؟

كتاب كلاسيكي ومبدأي ولكنه مهم وعظيم جدًا ولغته سهلة وأي حد يقدر يفهمه.
