Every day we flip pages on the calendars of our lives as we move through various seasons en route to either fulfilling or coming short of the destiny God has ordained for us. Finding Next is a book about the divine seasons that you may pass through en route to fulfilling God’s destiny for your life. It is the companion book to another book I have written titled You Should Distractions & Detours to Divine Destiny.

No matter who you are, no matter how religious someone might be; and when you consider that from soup to nuts, with so many things which are happening each and every day under a vast spectrum of categories, there’s hardly an individual alive today who hasn’t been affected at least once by any of them.
We all know that the Lord has devised a specific plan for each and everyone of us, a plan in which things will happen according to his will, things which will classified as being part of many individualized seasons he has created for them to happen in.
As anyone reads this book by its author, Ivan Thompson, I believe they’ll see the reason for his decision to have written it, which is to fulfill, through his knowledge and understanding of The Good Book, what has been written in:
King James Bible Isaiah 54:33 And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
As for myself, I find that the first 8 verses of Ecclesiastes give its readers a good understanding of life itself; such a powerful understanding that its often recited during funerals to give the bereaved some comfort in dealing with the reason for the death of their loved ones, as it for me when my mother had died.
It’s amazing how these words have become quite familiar in the secular world, for I can remember being a child of the 1950’s hearing being them sung on the radio by The Byrds, in their international hit song, “Turn, Turn, Turn,” which several other recording artists sang as well. Perhaps one of the reasons for this happening is the song’s plea and tolerance as the Vietnam War intensified. The song’s verses reorder the original verses from The Bible.
In the Bible, these verses depict the broad range of 14 pairs of the plans the Lord has in store for everyone living, both the good and the bad; verses which might even serve as a proverb for what the entire book is about.
For wanting to enlighten his readers, and to give them a better of what the Lord might have in store for them, I’m delighted to give this book and its author, Ivan Thompson 5 STARS.
