Aybiline I. Dahlson has a PhD in Physics. She is also a businesswoman and bestselling author. Her unconventional protagonists tend to be young women who become heroines by happenstance. Dahlson lets them make stormy journeys, where they experience thrilling adventures on foreign worlds—sometimes in the distant future, sometimes in the recent past, and other times in the modern day. On their wanderings through space and time, these heroines encounter aliens as well as familiar beings, always in search of happiness. They strive for justice and are ready to protect the weak.
Dahlson’s unusual science fiction books are simultaneously fascinating space operas, strategic military novels and epic heroic sagas. Readers can live through episodes full of poignant emotions and moments of tingling suspense, while the technical details round off the stories with elements of surprise.
Aybiline Dahlson now lives in France. She loves cats with character, her wild garden, good wine and good food. And she writes with all of her heart.

This final book brings all the supernatural events of the previous nine volumes to a close, but there is so much left unsaid. What happened to the daughter, for instance? Do such superior beings with an almost infinite lifetime, and huge power, just drift off into the sunset as it were? Pretty boring to be kicking around for eons with nothing to do!
Intrigue, technobabble, teleportation devices, a portal to other planets. The old gods and their machinations expire allowing their replacements to seek their own path. A satisfying ending to a really interesting series.
Found this very intriguing. Read the entire series in less than two weeks. Great story and interesting characters. If you like good epic stories, I think this is one of them.
I enjoyed this book but it was getting a little too draw out. It was taking too long to come to an end. I am sure I will be reading more books by this author.
