I am a Disney girlie forreal. I love everything Disney, and my love of Disney led to my love of Broadway. I will live and die on this magical throne of greatness. Lightning McQueen is one of my favorite non-princess characters because he is the ultimate smooth, attractive bad boy who secretly has a heart of gold.
4-6 year olds loved this Audible Original story. It is a spinoff story based on the Disney Movie Cars. The voices and sound effects are engaging and well done. The kids wanted to hear it again. Much better than watching movies in the car!
My daughter loves this one, though we have to skip over a couple sections that are too scary. I think I've listened to the first 75% of this book a dozen times and only finished it once.
My daughter’s new favorite thing when traveling to and from school is listening to different Disney stories for her favorite characters. This one was cute but had some really long pauses between chapters and lost her attention some times. But she enjoyed it and I didn’t hate listening to it every day.
While Lightning McQueen has learned his lesson and tries his best to stay on track, poor Mater is so easily distracted by adventure. He would stress me out if he were my friends I swear. This was cute though.
I listened to this audiobook with my 2.5 year old in the car and he really liked when Mater said his catch phrases. There were times when the story was a little spooky and so he liked it less then.
