Hickok, one of the Warriors is playing around on an old CB radio and hears a Mayday call. A ship full of people were hijacked in Seattle by mutants. The Warriors have the means to get there fast, so they gather up a group and head out.

There are two warring factions in Seattle. One is The Brethren. All fish type mutants lead by Manta. The other is the Sharks. Humans, but just as mean. Blade and his Warriors are in the middle of the fight.

A pulp series that I read through junior high and high school. Even then, I knew it was a formulaic series, but it was fun to read and having found them recently in a box from my parents' house, I am thinking of reading them again.
