5 Zeth Addict Stars
I'm not sure if you've gotten the subtle hints I've been dropping lately about just how addicted I am to this series. Every book I read I think, it can't possibly get any better. But then it not only does, it just blows me away. The way that Callie Hart has taken all these secrets and twists and weaved them together that slowly trickle feeds you the information chapter by chapter, book by addicting book, is absolutely fucking brilliant.
Zeth just continues to punch his way straight into my heart. I can't get enough of the man. This perfectly imperfect, volatile, violent, utterly fucked up man.
For two years Sloane's one focus has been to find her sister. She's done things that she never imagined she'd do to reach those ends. She's made choices that have irrevocably changed her life and it will never be the same again. She never expected the truth of where Alexis has been all this time and dealing with the fallout of it all is not something she things she can handle. She just wants to go back to her life. To the time where things were simple and uncomplicated. But the one thing that happened in that time, the one man that she should leave behind, she just can't.
Zeth doesn't like complications, he fixes his problems with his fists, but his life is nothing but complications. The complication of a woman that's better off without him that he can't ever let go; the complication of his boss thats out for blood; and the complication of what those two things mean together.
Fallen, like all the other books in this series, was an action packed and thrilling page turner. Sexy, addicting, this series has very quickly become one of my favorites and Zeth, my favorite anti-hero. These are books you will read in one sitting and a series you'll binge one. Trust me, I've been in the world of Blood & Roses for over a week now and I'm sad to see it almost come to an end. But oh man, I cannot wait to see how everything comes together.

I highly recommend this series. But they must be read in order. Book 1, Deviant is FREE and Book 2 in on sale during the holiday season, so go get your copy!!

In Fallen, Zeth and Sloane's story reaches a turning point. They may have solved one problem, , but it seems their troubles are far from over. New threats are emerging, the DEA and Zeth's coked out crime boss, who is completely unpredictable. Things are getting dicey for Zeth and Sloane, but their relationship also hits some high notes, with these two finally laying it all out for each other.
This series has been addicting, the story-line is intriguing and I've enjoyed the development of Zeth and Sloane's relationship. I can't wait to see how it all plays out in the end.

Callie Hart seriously took it up a notch, there is so much drama, excitement, suspense, action and Romance, yeah I said it, Romance.
"And I keep coming back, Sloane. You don’t need to ask me if I want you to leave. You don’t ever need to ask me that. At this stage in the proceedings, I don’t think there’s any leaving for either of us.”
Honestly I struggled with this review, not because I was disappointed but because I loved it. Automatically that means I want to rave about about it and have a review full do spoilers, but I won't. I genuinely want everyone to feel this amazing-ness first hand.

There are a few things I will say:
I've Fallen even harder for Seth.
Sloane is one of my favourite book heroines, no doubt about it.
The proverbial shit has hit the fan, but together they've never been in a better place.
The last sentence tugged at my heart strings and found me saying "Don't ever change"
It's not even a case of I can't wait to see what's next but, I NEED to see what's next!

5 I'm in love with everything STARS
Bloody Hell. You guys weren't kidding...things get INTENS!
Half the time I had no clue what was happening and the other half I was just power reading in the hopes to find some answers on the next page. Suffice it to say, this series gets better with every book and I believe Fallen is the best one, yet.
What a fantastic ride. At this point I can honestly say this is the most gripping and fast moving novella serial I've read. I love the characters, the danger, the crazy plot twists and most of all I love my still-on-my-fave-couple-shelf MVPs. Zeth and Sloane are bloody awesome!
But what I love the most are the small moments that happen in between all the big drama and mayhem plots.
When Zeth and Sloane have real conversations and just talk about their 'relationship' or if there is one to begin with. I love the honesty and I always smile when Zeth is wrong again predicting how she would react at any given moment.
It's really nicely done and the whole connection in spite of the situation feels very well developed.
The ending was sweet, but also really frightening. I mean where do you go from here? (I was looking for a 'where do we go from here' Buffy gif - but no such luck) Anyway...
In closing I really have only one thing left to say:
I believe we are falling down the rabbit hole!

In this installment, the plot continues to thicken. The connection between Zeth and Sloane is solidified but each character is still trying to fight their inner demons instead of embracing their obvious need for each other.

The sexy times continue and each time Zeth raises the bar! Can this man get any hotter??
“You want to be where your finger is. Even in the dark, I can see the fire intensify in his eyes. His whole body suddenly vibrating underneath me, but he still says, you’re sure that’s what I want? Yes, Zeth. It’s what you want. It’s what you really, really want.”
Meanwhile, Zeth must prepare for an all-out war instigated by a man whom he trusted. The action is swiftly paced and compelling. Sloane’s continues to discover the truth about her sister’s disappearance. Lacey’s character is still a bit of an enigma, but she is still keeping secrets from Zeth.
There is still so much to be revealed and I cannot wait to see how it all ends!!!!

Fallen is my least favorite in this series so far!
There’s literally too much going on, a lot of OTT drama. It’s like all the characters have decided to frustrate the hell out of me-
Lacey: why isn’t she telling Zeth who she really is?
Zeth- I know he’s THE brooding alpha male, I wish he could use certain fancy vocabulary to say what he feels than ordering Sloane around and pissing her off all the time. (I still love him though!)
Sloane-I like she is all badass but in this installment she got on my nerves with her insecurities and nagging monologues.
I hated this constant push and pull thing going on between those two, if they are not having crazy sex they are at each other’s throat, I really hope they get their shit together in later books. If I’m not wrong author got the names and facts wrong in some places. However, the writing was still great, Callie Hart does know how to keep her readers on the edge of their seats with her unexpected twist and turns.
OK! Let me confess this-the hope of reading scorching sex scene every once in a while kept me going rather than finding out what happens next, which BTW didn’t disappoint me at all! *blushes*

I can't stop reading these books!

I binged read this series over the last few days. They were addicting, so much so, that I’d finish a book and I wouldn’t even take the time to mark it finished on goodreads. I’d just move on to the next book. Referring to my reading experience as me being a crazed person wouldn't be an understatement.
With that said, I apologize because I had no idea that I wouldn’t be able to set the books down to review each one individually. Now that I’m done with the series I'm trying to remember what happened in certain books is hard because, to me, it’s one big story split into six books. To avoid devulging any spoilers I will keep this review brief.
During the course of these installments the character growth was brilliantly done. I loved all the characters... well except for the bad guys. Besides our hero and heroine (Zeth & Sloane) who I couldn't get enough of, my heart was captured by Lacey and Michael! Oh my gosh!! That’s a man I would like to get to know better. His loyalty, charm and swagger had me swooning to the very end! The world could use some more Michaels in it.
Holy hot tamales! The sexy times were off the charts! No worries they were throughout the whole series. Every man needs an inner Zeth when it comes to bedroom antics. *fanning myself*
Callie Hart has a new fan with me! When a book(s) can occupy my every thoughts that’s a winner for me. I’m lucky because this series was complete when I picked it up to read otherwise I would have gone nuts waiting for the next book.

but in this one, Ms. Hart goes straight for the heart
by giving us a softer and more vulnerable side of Zeth with his romantic words and gestures.

And like Sloane said - “I’ve fallen for this reckless, dangerous, terrifying soul, and now that I’ve realized it, I’m not ready to give it up.”

The 4th installment of this serial is still as thrilling and exciting as the last ones.
Also one thing becomes very clear: Zeth and Sloane can never go back to the lives they once had. Zeth found Sloanes sister but he also turned her life upside down in the process. She is in some serious mafia stuff involved which is not only threatening her but also her parents.
But Zeth risked a lot for her too:
“I trusted you with the life of someone I’m responsible for when I could do nothing to help her;
I went against the man who raised me to find your sister;
I put myself directly in danger when I went to get her back for you;
the only life I’ve ever known has not only been turned upside down but burned to the ground since I met you.
And I keep coming back, Sloane. You don’t need to ask me if I want you to leave.
You don’t ever need to ask me that. At this stage in the proceedings,
I don’t think there’s any leaving for either of us.”
And he will do anything to keep her and her loved ones safe. Even kill his former employer.
So far each part was thrilling and sexy. Its not different in this one.
But we also see how Sloanes and Zeths relationship progresses and how they slowly but surely care more and more for each other.
I really enjoyed to see how a person like Zeth, slowly lets his guard slip and lets Sloane in.
"If you want to go, Sloane...
I'll make it happen. For you, I can switch characters. I will be Prince Charming for a night."
Yet, he is still ruthless and bad-ass as ever:
"If you are planning on pulling that trigger, you might wanna raise your aim a couple of inches. Cause right now, your only gonna puncture a lung and I can work on half a lung, bitch. Long enough to tear your fucking balls off, anyway."
For fans of Zeths famous bag:
Yes, he didn't forget to bring it and he even got new toys in it.
I still love Sloane as heroine. I think she has a lot of potential to become really bad-ass. And I really hope she will because Zeth needs a bad-ass girl on his side.
Some things stayed unresolved in this part and I can't wait for the next parts to find out.
Also a good thing is that Callie Hart doesn't let the parts end in the middle of a scene so the cliffhanger are very bearable.

Zeth and sloane's, lives completely changes after all that events in New Mexico. They are now facing threats from Charlie. after Zeth
sudden departure, Charlie is all in Revenge mood. not only he threatens Sloane but also her parents.
Fallen. really focuses on more, drama, actions. loads of it. which really clarifies the big picture!. although we witness some Romance between these two!. Zeth, little by little shows his feelings to sloane.
He is still have doubts, that sloane won't be needing him anymore. But the events that accord in this book. shows that they both in need for each other.
“told you once this could be a fairy tale if you let it. And I told you the part I’d play in that fairy tale. But if you want to go to this thing…”

Although i missed Zeth's Kinkiness in this book, but still it was an enjoyable read!. He is For sure my Book Boyfriend :D.

4.5 It's Getting Hot in Here Stars!
I didn't think it was possible, but every book seems to get better and better. I'm falling even more in love with the swoonworthy Zeth and the story is getting even more twisted and crazy.

Wow!! I totally forgot how book 4 was filled with so much action and the sexiness OMG!! Wheweeeeeee!!! Get your fans out ladies! I loved it!
I'm off to read book 5 and if I'm correct I think it was my favorite one because we will finally be getting a few things we've been dying to get:))
Zeth grunts, and then he leans down and licks the skin above my breast. “Your sweat’s addictive. It’s like a drug. This was a solid 4.5 stars for me. The half a mark is for the beginning of the book, it just kind of fell a bit for me until I became absorbed into the story once again!
Fallen is book #4 in this exciting series, and as the books progress..the story just keep getting better and better! It seems for every reveal that comes to light; there are five more secrets around the corner! It is more than enough to keep me on my toes, and loving every minute of this sweet ride! The sex is off the charts sizzling! WOWSA! That's all I can say..It is kinky, hardcore, primal, and just flat out raw! I LOVE the fire that Zeth and Sloane bring to the table. And if I recall correctly..there is a table involved at one point! LOL
So, if you like a bit of darkness thrown into your romance..then I strongly suggest you try this series out. If your like me, then book one was just ok..but do keep going because it is worth it; believe me! In the words of Zeth, this is how he describes himself:
"I'm the bad guy. The dark shadow you run from. The nightmare you're relieved to wake up from.."
Oh, but I think he is so much more than that! His description is very true, however there is a depth to his character that is so exciting to find out! Sloane is perfect for him too. She has many layers as well, but underneath it all, she is a bad girl waiting to surface. It is so much fun to watch these two come to terms with the fact that they love one another. Both of them are terrified of falling in love; but they have already "fallen."
On to book #5, which is "Twisted." I have also heard that there will be one more book after that; and then we get to have a book on the dark and mysterious Rebel! I can't wait for that one! I was secretly hoping that there would be one about him!
Callie Hart is a brilliant author, who has captured my attention! I just love it when I come across a gem, and she most certainly is one!

Fallen is the fourth book in the fantastic Blood and Roses series! The book begins directly after the big reveal at the hospital!
Zeth and Sloane are headed to her parent's house to pick up Lacey! Zeth wonders if Sloane will be done with him now that she has found her sister. Sloane wonders what will happen with Zeth. They are still in danger.
Although he has led Sloane to believe that she will be breaking the news to her parents alone, Zeth makes a surprise entrance on the scene. It is quite humorous watching Zeth make Sloane squirm!
"These two men— one who raised me and took me to church every weekend, the other who recently administered some positively sinful corporal punishment to my behind— were never supposed to meet."-Sloane
Sloane navigates the rough waters of her parents and they make there way back to Seattle. Zeth is too proud to ask her to come home with home. But he isn't to proud to leave her with a good time! Even if Zeth isn't able to put his feelings for Sloane into words, Lacey can.
"You love me. And now you love Sloane, too.” She sighs softly, finishing her outrageous statement with a few distracted words that make my head spin. “You see, once you open up your heart to one person, Zeth… it’s so much easier for others to slip in unnoticed, too.”-Lacey
Tensions begin to rise as Michael is now actively trying to hurt Zeth and take Sloane away from him. It seems that the only way these two function is in the throws of violence, suspense, and steamy sex! (But hey who's complaining?)
Still Zeth cannot believe that he is good enough for Sloane! His insecurities begin to work on overdrove. Watching a bad boy break apart is something else!
“You’re not asking too much of me. You’re just too good for me.” If I’d have been hit with a sledgehammer, I’d feel less surprised . He thinks… he seriously thinks that?"

4.5 game-changing stars
The fourth book in the Blood & Roses series, this book seems to be a bit of a turning point. The storyline has taken a different focus, the mood is starting to shift a bit, but this is still a fast paced, suspenseful, exciting and passionate read that had me hooked from start to finish.
The initial key plotline has been somewhat resolved , although there is still way more to uncover there. But other threats that have been mostly in the background until this point, have started to emerge. The DEA has finally made their appearance, and Zeth’s crime-lord boss seems to have had enough and has decided to make his play, and damn, he is one crazy mo-fo! There is violence and badassery aplenty, and I am so excited about how that’s all going to play out.
The other turning point is Zeth and Sloane. Both of them have come to realise that what they have between them is more than just kinky, mind-blowing sex. They genuinely care for each other, and I loved watching the big, violent badass and the smart and sassy doctor realise just how deep their feelings for each other are.
So yeah, romance is starting to bloom, there is some pretty significant character development and we are getting answers, but at the same time, I now have more questions. But whatever, I’m still completely enthralled by this series. I was flipping pages madly the whole time I was reading, and I’m loving the way that Callie Hart has given us such a dark, dangerous and violent story that also has moments of humour and an increasingly emotional aspect. These novellas are so cleverly written, and I am absolutely loving this story! I’m going straight on to the next.

Yeah, this book had so much more depths; I think I love this man even more.
In the fourth installment we see less fists fly or bullets being shot but what we got instead was something much better...much deeper.
Even though Sloane's sister is safe (doesn't want to spoil the story for new readers) Zeth and her story is by far not over. But what was more important, to me, was that I saw a different facet on both him and Sloane persona. It made me fall in love with Zeth even more.
Oh but don't think for a second that Zeth turned into a softy and stuff like that; he's the same old but just gives in to the nagging, feeling how much Sloane truly means to him. How much he'd and is willing to do for her; to make her happy...and him.
"I don't lie to anyone. I will certainly never lie to you, Sloane, but I will lie for you. Only you."
Dang, he's good. He's all about "less is more" and it not only drives me nuts, Sloane as well. His actions, looks, and touch speaks way more than any love letter could. He's pure, raw man.
Right now, he's everything to Sloane and the thought of losing him is twisting her heart; thus, she's taking slow but steady steps in his direction.
"I've been drawn to him for the sex.
I've been drawn to him for the power he exudes.
Hell, I've been drawn to him for his arrogance and his sheer cockiness, which is infuriatingly attractive>"
...oh yeah I know what she means. Both of them cracked me up, but Zeth is one cocking bastard and I'd miss this side of him: "Some guys don't eat pussy. But then again, some guys aren't really fucking good at it like I am." -yeah let this sink in for a bit...sighs
As mentioned earlier, their story is far from over...better yet, Charlie is far from over with them and this bastard goes beyond to pay Zeth back!!
We learn more what's going on but still you will leave the story with some questions (which is good) that make you want to read immediately the next book. I love this about Callie's books. I love it's fast paced; never knowing what kind of turn the story takes. Most importantly, what turn Zeth and Sloane's story take. Her cliffhangers are not and if you're like me, really loving a book/series, you won't mind ;)

5 " OH MY GOD! I DON'T WANT TO STOP READING THESE BOOKS.. EVER " stars
Another amazing book.. I am beginning to think that this author can't write anything less than PERFECT !
I loved EVERYTHING , again , about this book!
Zeth freaking Mayfair is all about:
And, Holy hell , I loveeeeed it! This tall, dark, misteriuous and sexy man is EVERYTHING you can ask for! I want and NEED to know everything about him, so many secrets are going to be revealed and I CANNOT WAIT !!!!
Things happened, there was blood , someone got killed , someone got hurt , I was NERVOUS ...
But beside that.. there was certian scenes that made me.. HOT (like in every book from this series, of course!) buutttt this was something NEW to me.. something kinky but freaking sexy !!!!
I love their chemistry, their courage, their BIG hearts and bravery.. honestly I want to write my thoughts after reading all of the books in the series because right after finishing this book my thoughts are MESSY because ALL I WANT is to READ , forget anything I NEED !

I was given a ARC in exchange for my honest review.
I am sitting here speechless after Fallen. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would happily do that. It is the best part of the series so far and probably one of the best things I have EVER read. I don't even have words for what I am feeling right now. So much happens in such a short span of time. I could not put it down once I started. Of course, it's always that way with Zeth, but this.... I was in the zone. Time just flew by and when I finished I stepped away from my Kindle in a fog. This was perfection. I laughed, I cried, I fist pumped. It was perfection. We leave off from Burn and Sloane is on her way back to her parents to let them know about Alexis. Again Zeth surprised us all and went into her parents house and played a very convincing boyfriend role. Zeth actually I was blown away this entire book. I know how amazing he is, but the changes keep rolling out of him and it's truly a beautiful thing to witness. To still be raw, hard and all those other bad boy qualities. Then to be what we are starting to see more and more from him. Now Charlie is after Zeth and Sloane and it's a race to who gets to who first. And Charlie tries very hard. There is high-speed chases, blood, gripping your seat excitement, fights, more pantie dripping sex scenes, angst, tender moments, humor, it was just simply phenomenal in every single way. I honestly have no idea how Callie does it. This series is like the best thing I have ever read and I am itching for the next installment. I don't think I will EVER be able to cope when this series is over. Please, let it never be over. That ending, it was perfect. I cannot wait to see what happens and if Zeth and Sloane have a real chance at happily ever after. These two deserve it more than any fictional characters out there. A must read guys, you will NOT be disappointed. But if you have read this series, you probably already know that.

I am sitting here speechless after Fallen. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would happily do that. It is the best part of the series so far and probably one of the best things I have EVER read. I don't even have words for what I am feeling right now. So much happens in such a short span of time. I could not put it down once I started. Of course, it's always that way with Zeth, but this.... I was in the zone. Time just flew by and when I finished I stepped away from my Kindle in a fog. This was perfection. I laughed, I cried, I fist pumped. It was perfection. We leave off from Burn and Sloane is on her way back to her parents to let them know about Alexis. Again Zeth surprised us all and went into her parents house and played a very convincing boyfriend role. Zeth actually I was blown away this entire book. I know how amazing he is, but the changes keep rolling out of him and it's truly a beautiful thing to witness. To still be raw, hard and all those other bad boy qualities. Then to be what we are starting to see more and more from him. Now Charlie is after Zeth and Sloane and it's a race to who gets to who first. And Charlie tries very hard. There is high-speed chases, blood, gripping your seat excitement, fights, more pantie dripping sex scenes, angst, tender moments, humor, it was just simply phenomenal in every single way. I honestly have no idea how Callie does it. This series is like the best thing I have ever read and I am itching for the next installment. I don't think I will EVER be able to cope when this series is over. Please, let it never be over. That ending, it was perfect. I cannot wait to see what happens and if Zeth and Sloane have a real chance at happily ever after. These two deserve it more than any fictional characters out there. A must read guys, you will NOT be disappointed. But if you have read this series, you probably already know that.

Fallen is the 4th book in the Blood & Roses series and starts right where Burn left off and the plot thickens!
Although, I was a bit confused with the beginning but reading on I was smacked back in the depravity world of Charlie Holsan.
In Fallen a lot happens. The veil that is Alexis is lifted with everything and everyone involved.
Back home Zeth tries to deal with the treat waiting for him, but is met with an almost deadly surprise.
Book 4 is told in dual POV’s between Sloane and Zeth with their thoughts and surroundings shared, and a bigger role for the secondary characters, which I enjoyed that a lot. With all that’s happening kept the suspense quite thrilling and me on the edge of my seat.
Again, the sex between Zeth & Sloane is off the charts, especially the scene at the warehouse!
This is the turning point. This is where I stop holding back. This is where I become his. Nearly losing him twice has made me realize that I really want him. Want this. Want us. And I’m going to have it.
Left with a somewhat cliffhanger I’m anxious to read book 5.

I'm putting this book on hold for now, until the next book is out. I was really glad when I noticed that this book was a little bit longer than it's predecessor's. This series is amazing, plot driven, action packed, has hot steamy scenes and fast paced. There's no insta-love here people just an intense carnal attraction. I kind of get that the two MC's are starting to fall for each other...
My Problem
We're on the 4th book here people, with 2 more on the way, and I'm not feeling Zeth and Sloane's connection. Yes they have their inner thoughts, and they're both fighting that "connection" tooth and nail. BUT I need a little bit more than hot, kinky sex between the two of them, Zeth's bag of tricks and adventurous outlook on sex is really great but I need MORE, sex is not going to cut it, for me.
The plot is amazing but I'm reading this series because of Zeth and Sloane. I need their relationship to grow. Yes, I'm happy that Sloane is starting to spread her wings when it comes to sex but with only two books left I'm really worried about their relationship. That's my payoff, Sloane and Zeth finally realising their love for each other and AND accepting it.
And yes, having hot, kinky sex.
A lot of issues are addressed in this book which explains the added length, but I felt like the focus was taken off Zeth and Sloane. So I guess this is more of a filler book, one of those necessary books in a series.
Again, this doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it. Just that I'd rather wait until the next book so that I can quickly start it after finishing this one, so I don't feel so dissatisfied with Seth and Sloane's relationship.
I'm not slamming the book.

I've never rated a novella 5 stars because I often felt they were too short to garner such rating. Something is often missing, either the incomplete plot or the unresolved issue/relationship. But this time around I finally decided to give the 4th installment of Blood & Roses: Fallen a big 5 stars!
This is a story of Sloane, the ER doctor who was looking for her missing sister. She is willing to give up anything including her virginity to get any information. That is how she meet Zeth Mayfair, the anti-hero of the story. He is obviously on the wrong side of the law, he is a thug/hitman/criminal and a man with some deviant sexual urges. She should be afraid, but he offer his help that she can't deny.
I thought this series is going to be heavy on BDSM, but as the series progress, that was actually being toned down. Nonetheless, every sexual encounters are still freaking hot. I mean, he is Zeth Mayfair after all, the man who like to play with his toys and never leave his black duffel bag behind.
Every installment left me pretty satisfied on the sex department, no blue balls for me. But this couple obviously not opening up their heart or discuss anything deeper than their sexual urges. On the plot department, there is never short on action and suspense to keep me waiting for every release date. Things just get more and more deadly and more players were being introduced.
But what makes me love this 4th installment so much is that Sloane and Zeth had finally reached an understanding and acknowledged what they have together is something special. Zeth's last word is so sweet. He started off as someone so standoffish and close up and just wanted to fuck, to someone who wants to be a better person for the girl he loves, which is so endearing.
I can't wait for the next one and see how their relationship progress.

4.5 ZETHY stars
Oh God, I feel like Fallen is by far my favorite. It's funny as shit even in their situation. God I just LOVE Zeth, he made me laugh so hard.
“It takes me two seconds to find my way beneath the flimsy shirt she’s wearing. None of this shit is Zeth-proof. Not even close."
We got to see a tad glimpse of Zeth's vulnerable side. Sloane is confused to what does she mean to zeth. They're both afraid that one will leave they other and they just can't see it.
I'm actually glad that the rest of these books aren't all about Sloane in search for her sister. There's action and twists and more complicated situations so that proofs me wrong. Callie Hart is such an amazing aurthor and I can't wait to read the rest of this series.

This latest installment in the Blood & Roses series keeps the pages turning. Sloane and Zeth finally acknowledge their feelings for one another and come to terms with the fact that neither of them is willing to go back to living without the other. Their devotion to one another is proven over and over again, as they go to drastic lengths to protect one another.
Meanwhile, Charlie sets out to get his revenge, leaving a wake of destruction behind him. The extent of his criminal dealings proves to be much more broad than imagined, even engaging in chemical poisoning to send a message.
Several new questions are raised in this installment, teasing the reader with hints of secrets and motives that are yet to be revealed. DEA agents turn up the heat and hint at the probability that Alexis is not entirely a victim and may be engaged in seedy activities herself. Whatever the big secret is about Zeth's relationship with his mother also piques my interest.
I guess we'll all have to wait on the final 2 installments to see how everything works out!

5 I Have Fallen Stars!!
Just, WOW!! My fave installment of the series so far! My heart was either in my throat, or being squeezed to the breaking point! This is one kick ass author and I. WANT. MORE!!! With every advancing installment in this series, Hart is pulling the layers on the onion back, and we are getting more and more pieces to the puzzle.
I loved the little bits of romance that we got in Fallen as Zeth and Sloane are finally starting to admit that what they feel for each other, might just be real, and more than merely hot lust.

I have been in a serious book funk lately...and Zeth just set fire to it and exploded its ass!
As usual, it ended in a somewhat good place but still with all kinds of things open, and left me so very hungry to get Twisted.
