Finally finished a book!

This book has good info in it! You can tell Ryan Cooper spent time and energy making this one. Great job and thanks!

Informative, raises awareness

Good and quick information on mixed topics (self-control, procrastination, decision making). It's a good start to identify some issues, however not enough to get deeper insight. Some topics require further reading (e.g. NLP or Meditation).

If you're lacking self-discipline the conclusion is easy: start doing something about it, NOW!
A good start is to apply some of the strategies presented in this book.

It's too summariesed and doesn't include all the tools.
I would say it's a quick guide to self discipline and not the ultimate...
