Diet is a four letter word. Here are some of the secrets inside this bestselling weight loss down as much as you can remember of what you have eaten in the last week. Make an estimate of the total calories and blah blah blah.Give me a break, are you kidding, are you listening to advice from someone who is living in a dream world. This is definitely not the world that you and I live in. The key here is the old acronym, "KISS" or "keep it simple stupid!" Throw out that book that is going to have you getting bogged down in the planning of your diet to the point you will become discouraged. That type of diet and detailed planning will be the reason that you never stick to any weight loss program.I do truly thank you for believing in me enough to allow me the opportunity to tell you what I learnt as I have struggled with dieting. “The good, the bad, and the ugly of dieting.” I am not going to give a lot of words and useless information. Neither will I give you the "secret" recipe that only I have and that will make the pounds just melt away with hardly any effort. I am going to give the bottom line of what it takes to lose weight and keep it off, and thus maintain a healthy diet plan for a life time with my diet guide. If you want the "Pie in the sky plan" no pun intended, then this information is not for you. There are dozens of other books waiting for you to purchase and will give you that warm fuzzy feeling as they parade you down their dream world. My friend, if you are still with me then I think we can be friends and I am going to help you lose weight, maintain the weight loss and have a much better and healthier life style with my diet guide.
