Just when you think life has finally taken a turn for the better, and Deanna and Nate are able to settle down and get married and have their happy little family with Holly...the devil makes an appearance and throws them all into hell.
I really liked the first book in this series a lot...it was sweet and very different (forgive me but I LOVE the Scottish lingo!!) and I loved the whole gentler, more family oriented MC story from overseas. Now in this continuation, someone is threatening the MC, Deanna is being harrassed by an unknown assailant and things are looking scary and dangerous again (and you just THOUGHT Lee was not going to be able to cause anymore trouble!).
I won't spoil things by giving away too many more plot points or teasers about this book, but I really enjoyed it and we meet some new characters who become part of the MC family and bring some added dimensions to the story. It ends with all lose ends tied up neatly so I'm not sure if there will be another book based around the Ravens MC...but I hope so! Suzanne Clark writes a very different type of biker book...fierce and violent but with strong love for family and attention to details about life in that part of the world.

Great conclusion to the first book. Deanna thought her troubles were over but she never bargain to be assaulted by a guy that looks so much like her ex(that is in prison) but now she comes face to fist many times when she learns that Lee has a half brother that looks just like him but is more set on killing her then Lee. Nate is dealing with this new guy that's out for his wife as well ans a new outside mechanic that is causing problems for the men and their old ladies but now is targeting Deanna non stop. Even bigger surprise to Deanna is that the one that's out to kill her is her own half brother, yes I was a bit mixed up with all this but Deanna and Lee was related by their half brother Shawn. Nate is even more protective then ever, he and Deanna is making new friends every time Deanna's near death incidents, first time she got beat up she meets a female kick ass Fiona, she becomes a part of the Gunn family for Ethan. Olivia and Quinn Glenn when Deanna was being run down by a car and Olivia got hit and miscarried, later at the hospital they met Quinn. Like I said it was a perfect ending to the first book with even more shockers but there was a good deal of happiness going on.

The only thing that bugs me is every-time the h(Deanna) was attacked she didn't really acted like she been taught self-defense she was screaming and fighting blindly like any other person that could have been attacked. It didn't make sense b/c the made such a big deal about Nate and Ethan teaching her and Meghan to protect themselves but put her in the real deal situation and she freezes up and act like she doesn't have any training.

I simple love, love, love, this duel(2 bk) story, told in multiple pov's, a non-stop thriller, edge of your seat suspense, fueled by an all compassing love and set on flame with a raw and intense passion, I have never read an mc love story like this where you are in the mc world yet at the same time you don't seemed to be so overwhelmed with what you normally would read in a mc story, again the story line was intense and stayed on point from the start to finish, and held the reads attention, along with all the other dynamics needed into making a story were all the key facts that were needed where done to perfections that had you hearts-melting one minute from the love & passion to pounding in the next minute from the suspense & the thrilling mystery of not knowing what will happen next, over all I love the simplicities of the love that these two characters have for one another and their loyalties & devotion for one other. A extremely gratifying 5 star's read for me that I highly recommend a must read <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

So this is the second part of Deanna and Nate after they become married. Things don't end after putting her ex behind bars in the first story. Deanna continues having problems with Nate and Ethan trying to figure out what is going on because they know it can't be the ex right? After all, he is behind bars. This story had some twists and turns however, I could figure out the who and what from the start it was still another good read from this author. I enjoyed the first story as much as the second. I hope we get more from her.

This sequel has Twist that will shock you every time you turn the page the only reason I gave this book for stars instead of five was because of the character Alastair if he was not there for most of the book I would've given it five stars I do look forward to reading more from this author and I do hope that the ravens MC does continue to have stories come out whether it be about Nate and Diana or it be about other MC members I love the club I love the life they lead and I want to know more about every character

Great finale for this MC.

I love how close everyone is, that everyone is willing to go the extra mile to help out a friend or a family member. I also really liked that she gave an HEA for everyone in just 2 books.

I was sad that it was over but I wouldn't of asked for it differently.
