Laken Spencer is doing just fine on her own.

She's a little lonely from dealing with a bad breakup, but she's making do—until she's taken by some truly terrible men when they mistake her for her sister.

Ranger Cavanaugh and his team at Assurance Security are known for getting the job done. Going up against one of the most notorious mob families on the East Coast is just another day of the week for the mercenaries masquerading as a personal security firm.

When Laken sees more than she should during her rescue, they have no choice but to bring her back to Virginia with the team. Add in failing suppressants and no chance of going back to her old life, and Laken is having trouble adjusting to her new normal.

Only it turns out her new captors are nothing like the first set... But that has to be her hormones and upcoming heat talking, right?

This is an interconnected standalone with no cliffhanger for mature listeners.

Okay, we all know Jillian West writes ✨️incredible✨️ books, but All In?? Absolutely steals the show. I had every emotion possible reading this, and when I tell you I went feral.

Ranger. My sweet, sweet angel. Yeah, he may be a psychopath but he's a mushy psycopath that loves his omega and will do anything to make her happy. And let's be honest, Laken is just a liiiitle bit of a mess, so she needs sweet and logical Ranger. I love so much that he starts to grow as a person by being with her and the pack. His inner monologue, though? Top tier unbeatable he's so freaking funny. He is absolutely manipulative af but he's totally up front about it, and Laken finds it romantic, so who are we to judge.

Tanner is the literal definition of a golden retriever boyfriend. He's just the happy go lucky guy that will be there for you no matter what but probably isn't great in a shoot out but you love him anyway because that's what Ranger and Locke are for. Locke is your burn the world down for you guy. He will do absolutely anything to keep his pack safe 🥹. The more you learn about him through the book, the more you're going to giggle and kick your feet because, yeah, he's probably a psycopath too, but he's dreamy.

Laken is just perfect. She's stubborn and sweet and doesn't put up with ANY of Ranger's crap which he definitely needs in his life. She also, as mentioned above, is a bit of a train wreck but each of her guys mellows out a different part of her. They complement each other so well you can't help but gush for them. If you can't tell Ranger may be my favorite.

This was so freaking good. I absolutely flew through the book and was a bit devastated when it was over. It was so fast paced without being rushed that you were on the edge of your seat the entire time. Stuff just kept happening and you absolutely had to know what happened next because?? How could you not?? My only complaint is I want more 😭

Another great omegaverse from Jillian West! I already loved Ranger from previous books, but this took my love for him to a whole new level. I loved Laken, Tanner and Locke as well, these four made a great pack. One of my favorite things about an omegaverse book is the alphas finding a way to get along to make their omega happy, and to put her needs/wants above all else. And that’s exactly what Laken’s alphas do for her.

Let's be honest: we all wanted Rangers story, and "All In" finally provides (and then some). This was a very satisfying standalone, and I loved the character building for Ranger and Laken. The author managed to create two fascinating multidimensional characters in this standalone, and that's not an easy thing to achieve on limited pages. That doesn't mean the character building of Locke or Tanner lacks anything, it just means that Ranger and Laken struck a chord with me in a way they left a tiny bit of themselves behind. Perhaps it's because of how they both present a form of neurodiversity, or perhaps it's just how wonderful they mix vulnerability with badassery...

Even though it is possible to read this contemporary omegaverse as a standalone, I wouldn't recommend starting it without reading the rest of the Assurance Security series and "Queen of Spades" first. All those books provide plenty of background to this series, and give you the story of most of the side characters that play a part in this novel. And also: there's something fun in meeting Ranger a few times before starting his story.

Even though this story technically contains some possible triggering content, it's written in a way that the overall story is mostly cute and sweet. And there is something to be said about writing about characters who are potentially walking red flags, while rebuilding them into sweet and protective men.

What do you get when you combine 2 psycho alphas, one golden retriever alpha, and an omega with a surprise baby bump? This wonderful book! I loved seeing Ranger finally get his HEA after being in the background of other books. He’s definitely a little bit (a lotta bit) of a psycho, but he really melts for our fmc, Laken. He and Tanner, aka beefcake for previous readers, rescue Laken after she is kidnapped after being mistaken for her sister. Add in a second crazy for her alpha, Locke, and you get a party of a pack.

I really enjoyed seeing how her pack slowly comes together, given Locke thinks the other two alphas essentially kidnapped poor Laken a second time. But they eventually go with the flow, all for the sake of their omega.

I’m excited for the next book in the series, Jillian West has been an auto read author since I found her first duet, and I don’t see myself stoping anytime soon.

ARC/ALC Review
Review updated 2/19/25 to add audiobook

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t care how dangerous he is to the world. This alpha is mine.

I absolutely loved this book! It has fantastic characters, a fast-moving plot, steam, and humor. Give me all the unhinged and all-in MMCs, and I will be the happiest of readers.

Jillian has been teasing Ranger for several months now, and here, we get to know him intimately. If you thought he was compelling as a secondary character in The Assurance Security Duet and Queen of Spades, you will be blown away by his POV chapters. Ranger in love is my favorite type of Alpha.

This is a fast burn and spicy why choose romance with all the OV goodies (scents, heats, slick, knots, bonding, and group play).

This book may be read as a complete standalone, but I would recommend reading The Assurance Security Duet (Vale’s story) and Queen of Spades (Annika’s story) first. Laken and her pack get their HEA here.

🎧 Dual-style narration: Vanessa and Michael are the dream team when it comes to bringing Jillian West's stories to life! Vanessa nailed Laken and Michael gave the alphas their own personalities. I loved his take on Ranger!

Very highly recommended!!

❤️ Thank you, Jillian West, for the ARC and audiobook. ❤️

checks all the boxes!

*I’m not an ARC reader/beta reader/launch team reader. I’m just a Jillian West junkie that preorders everything.

As a neurotypical person that has a lot of neurospicy friends of all flavors, I deeply appreciate the dedication and inclusion of how beautifully love can manifest itself outside of neurotypical expectations and experiences. Just because something is colored outside typical definitions doesn’t make it any less true.

Plot, characters, and spice all 5/5 😅
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

*sort of spoilers* This pack is definitely something extra special! Ranger is so enthralling and Locke is such a perfect pack mate for him, not just Laken. I don’t know how intentional that was in Locke’s character development, but in a group dynamic, I would have not enjoyed the pack as much if Ranger was the outlier. Locke balanced the pack with his own flavor of neurodivergence.

This book was so good, I definitely wouldn’t hate it if this pack turned into a novella series to see how Tanner and Locke integrate into new lives and more of Ranger’s adaptation to pack life out of dedication to what’s “his,” and Laken loving them and their individuality so deeply. 🤓🤓🤓

Can’t wait for the next book! I’ve been wondering how those two would turn out!

I got to read the ARC for Jillian Wests new release! For anyone chomping at the bit to get Rangers' story, it's finally here! And let me tell you, it definitely didn't disappoint! This story is full of snort out loud moments, moments that make you get a little teary-eyed, and other moments will have you changing your panties! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and 🌶🌶🌶🌶

I knew the moment Ranger Cavanaugh graced the pages of the assurance security duet that I was going to love him forever.

But before we talk Ranger, lets chat about Laken. When we meet her in QoS, I think it is safe to say we were all like, “oh heeeeeellllllllllllnoooooo” amirite? And in QoS, I think thats feeling was semi-valid bc we love Annika. But here is the thing, if my a$$ had been held captive bc of her, she would get more than a bombastic side-eye. #isaidwhatisaid

So, yes. Laken was feeling some type of way but babyyyyy it was deserved. With that said, I love her. She was someone who to me, was overlooked. She seemed like a slight pushover with her inability to cut ties with that cumstain William but Laken was special. She has quirks like most of us do and that endeared her to me. Long story short, iwillcutabiiiietch if you talk badly about her.

The guys - Ranger, Locke, and Beefcake 🥹 just swoon. Who doesn’t love an unhinged alpha? Okay, so Tanner wasn’t unhinged unhinged but 2 out of 3 aint bad. While i loved them all, I cant help but pick a favorite bc Ranger Cavanaugh is a standout character. If I were a character in a Jillian West book, I would choose him as my baby daddy. Sure, damn near everyone he met was afraid of him, rightfully so, but it's the softer, protective side he shows to Laken that truly stole my heart. His depth, strength, and the tender moments he shares with Laken are beautifully written.

I love this book and I am blessed that I could enjoy it before the world. Thank you for another vacation from reality - i devoured this book in a few hours and my only complaint is that it is over.

My favorite quote - well one of them. 👀🥵
“I ache to trap you so you can’t escape, or possibly to consume you whole,” he growls. “Does my obsession frighten you?”

So I think I would’ve liked this better if there was a little bit more of it.
I did really enjoy all of the characters and their quirks, but the relationship development was kind of lacking for me. It was kind of a surprise when the book just ended.
I was hoping for a bit more in that department, and especially with everyone’s different forms of neuro✨spicy✨ having to adjust to each other it would’ve been nice if this was either a little longer or even a duet.
Everything else was good, but 🤷🏻‍♀️. I don’t know.
Maybe it was just me but it felt like they had some more growing to do with each other. Plus there was some smutty things that were kind of just skipped through.
I don’t know if I’m explaining myself coherently right now.
I loved the characters.
The spicy scenes were hot.
The plot was pretty simple, but I liked how it came together.
Their relationships were sweet and fun.
I just wanted a tiny bit more.

Finally!!! The book I have been waiting for is here. Rnagers book!!!! But who woulld have thought that I would find another guy I would be equally as obsessed with Locke…I maybe a bit more obsesessed with him which I didn’t that that would be the case. Laken is the sister of Lyra. She was the roommate we met in a earler books of Annika. When Lyra runs to get away from Vegas to get away form the whole situation that was goign on there she ends up bringing trouble to her sisters door. This we already know from the previous stories. Now comes Laken’s story. Ranger and the guys have saved her. But this a stil a build a pack. Locke is from her old life. Ranger is the psycho we know who loves to bring all the people to his basement to take care of them and Tanner just wants to make sure he still has a job so he can continue to support his mom and baby sister in her path to finish her bachelors and then her path to her masters degree.
All in all it was another great story from Jillian. I always can count on her to give me a story I can finish in one sitting and that will keep me entertained and I know I will always enjoy. She is an auto buy author and I know that I will always find a 5 star read when I pick up her books! I am so happy she is continuing on with this world and that we are going to be seeing more of Maverick and Gunnner!!!

This was a fantastic addition to Jillian West’s omegaverse!!

𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 is a great FMC - she is sassy, sweet, and independent. She also has anxiety that can manifest as OCD. I thought she was a really realistic and enjoyable character. Laken gets caught up in her sister’s drama that carries over from Queen of Spades. She might be a damsel in distress but she can hold her own! It isn’t necessary to read that book but to fully enjoy one of our MMC’s (Ranger), I suggest reading it.

𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 is a neurodivergent and a virgin. I absolutely loved him. He is a dangerous man and has a torture basement. Ranger frequently contemplates who he can put in his basement. In previous books, he is just so dang funny in a dry, psychotic way.

𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 is a golden retriever type of MMC. He is very happy go lucky. Tanner has a military background and joins Ranger in saving Laken after she is kidnapped by bad guys.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞 is a morally grey MMC. He is the only alpha that knows Laken prior to her kidnapping. They have a friendly relationship and he wants something more. They were separated for a bit in the book and I would’ve liked to see more of him. He is also pierced 😏

None of the alphas know each prior to Laken and have to learn to share especially Ranger. There is action, danger, hot spice, and lots of swoony protective moments.

Laken Spencer lives her life and is proud of the life she has created for herself. When her sister shows up though, Laken can't help see the differences between them. Having recently dumped her boyfriend, she keeps bumping into Locke, her ex's friend. Locke asks her our and she is looking forward to it except she get kidnapped mistakenly, they really want her sister. Ranger Cavanaugh works for Assurance Security and is going to rescue Laken with his team, but everything goes awry and Laken seeks out Ranger to keep her safe. Ranger is gobsmacked that the beautiful woman is trusting him to keep her safe and secure and he never plans to let her go. Ranger is feared by many and they should be he has a whole basement at his disposal to torture the answers out of men.

This was my favorite in the series, Ranger is not smooth when it comes to Laken, he has no clue how to woo her but he is doing the best he can. He will cherish her like no other and his team will be part of the pack they are creating. They do not expect Locke to reenter Laken's life but Locke is all about Laken and willing to go to great depths to prove it.

This book was okay, but was a little stilted in it's delivery and honestly confusing. In the Amazon synopsis, it says that this book can be read as a standalone. And I suppose that's true, but they pull in people and details from the previous books that make it a little hard to follow the storyline at times. And the only reason that I know they're doing that is because I've read the other books in the series. Because I had read the other books it kind of made sense if I thought back to what had occurred during the other books, but I'm not sure other readers would be able to follow that if they hadn't read the other two books. So while it can be read as a standalone, it will make more sense if you read the entire series from the beginning. The spice in this book is what I would call a 2.5-3/5 when the scenes do happen, but they're pretty spread out and not as often as you would think they would occur. Definitely missed opportunities for group sex.

What I do like about this story is the combination of this pack. You have a total psychopath in Ranger and Locke, but Locke is a little more able to mask his psycho tendencies and seems more normal on the surface. And Tanner is a total golden retriever, who doesn't take anything too seriously. They all compliment each other nicely and having them form a pack is great. And I love that they're all supportive of Laken forming the pack and don't resist her adding any new members or guys that she's attached to. They might give the others a hard time, but they respect her choices and don't shame her at all for wanting to be more intimate with each member.

Amazon's synopsis also states that the FMC is neurodivergent. And while yes, she has OCD and ADHD along with anxiety, it's just something that's stated. She doesn't have to adjust anything in her life after being rescued to accommodate any of these idiosyncrasies. She does have a panic attack and talks about being anxious, but it's not a very visible issue that she has. She mentions that in her apartment, she used to have to lock the doors three times before feeling comfortable. OCD is way more than that and I think it's downplaying or making light of something that people genuinely struggle with. Her ADHD is only mentioned in passing and I feel like the author threw that in so that it would add to the claim of neurodivergence. If the character had truly been painted with issues and struggles that match up with being neurodivergent, I would have been more on board. But it really didn't feel genuine or legit.
I do feel like Ranger definitely falls on the neurodivergent spectrum to some degree and that is where the difference could have been highlighted. If I had to guess based off of descriptions alone, he falls on the autism spectrum somewhere. So I would say that the FMC isn't necessarily neurodivergent, but that one of the MMC's actually is.

This author does one of my favorite things ever and that's giving us the extended epilogues, where the reader gets to see at least several years into the future and get a glimpse of where the pack is. My only wish is that it had been longer and more detailed! I felt like it was really short and over too quickly.

I do like the book and storyline overall. The resolution was decent and the bonus epilogues really make the story. Could have done with more spice, but that could just be me. Definitely worth a read, but I would suggest starting from the beginning of the series if you want to get into it.

RTC, just jotting down my thoughts:

* FMC has ADHD/OCD, but this is never actually addressed other than stating it allowed as the FMC is too worried about sex. K 👍🏾
* FMC underwent a traumatic ordeal, but she’s only worried about sex with random men. K 👍🏾
* I’m supposed to care about Tanner (Alpha MMC3) who just exists to exist 🫠
* I like Ranger (Alpha MMC2) and thought he was ND. But I dislike how so many ND MMCs are always killers. Sends a weird *ss message. I think he deserved a different love interest and preferably monogamous. I never understood why he choose to be in a pack or why he choose Laken. And I read *Heat* by R Lee Smith and I understood why Kane chose Raven. So.
* This is just erotica dressed as romance. K 👍🏾
* I had literally no interest in anyone because why would I? Laken only wanted sex and had no other personality. Didn’t care about Locke (MMC1 Alpha). Didn’t give a pickled pippin about Laken and her sister. Never cared about Tanner. I cared about Maverick, Gunner, and Ranger.
* This is a story where nothing ever happens.
* Ranger deserves so much more than this story 😭😭🤧 Give Ranger his own monogamous relationship because I was never ONCE convinced why he would choose a pack outside of practicality.
* FMC is just another “Look I made her ND teehee” character 🫠

Great.

🌈Happy Pride🌈

Mistaken identity, kidnapping, virgin MMC, pierced 🍆, morally gray, forced marriage, surprise baby, nesting and lots and lots of 🌶.

#teamranger girls unite! If you have read the other books in assurance security series, then you have probably developed an unhealthy obsession with ranger. The time has come! *squeel*

Although the book can be read as a standalone, it is better read in order.

Laken is the sister of Lyra, Annikas roommate who we met in Queen of Spades. She's a bit of a hot mess at the start of the book and gets walked over by everyone, until she meets our man Ranger and becomes a bad b!tch. (A very sweet one)

Tanner again we had snippets of from other books in the Assurance series, hes a fun easy going beefcake of an Alpha who falls for our girl hard.

Locke can rival Rangers pshyco energy, hes been obsessed with Laken for a long time and when he doesn't know where she is he verges feral to get he back.

Ranger *swoon* we have been dying for more details on our man, and Jillian did not disappoint with this book. We get to see the thought process that creates this nut ball, although he may not fully understand his feelings it does come across as very sweet.

I waited such a long time for Rangers story and as always Jillian did was NOT disappoint. I love love LOVED Lakens story. I truly think shes a perfect mix of sweet and feisty for these alphas. I wouldn’t call it close bond but I adore the relationship between the 3 alphas. 2 psychos and 1 golden retriever alpha. What more could you ask for? 🤣
Now for Ranger… Jillian West absolutely did Ranger justice! I couldn’t have asked for a better transition from solitary life to pack life for him. It wasn’t a smooth ride unlike our lovable Tanner but it makes sense for Ranger. Also I just want to shrink him and and put him in my pocket. Ranger is so cute!!!!..

The spice as always is spicy! ❤️ One if my favorite things about this series is that we get to see little snippets of other characters!I love how the other FMCs take Laken under their wing. And the epilogue 😭It was so sweet! I can’t wait for Mavericks and Gunner’s story!!!

Jillian West delivered with her latest omegaverse All In!

Everyone had been begging for Ranger's book and he was absolute perfection. I loved seeing his meticulous thinking & all of his quirks. He is crazy for his omegas (and in general) & we finally got to see the basement! I thought I loved Ranger before, but I am totally Obsessed now!

Locke and Tanner (Beefcake) were the perfect alphas to round out Ranger & Laken's pack. They were sweet & loving and possessive in their own ways.

Seriously, loved this. So many sweet and hot moments. And I loved all the cameos from the others that are part of the Assurance Security team.

Couldn't put it down. Highly recommend this entire series by Jillian!

Rating a Jillian West book 5⭐, are we shocked? Absolutely not. I don't know what Jillian puts in her books but I just can't put them down or get enough of her characters!

I absolutely adored getting Ranger's book. He's such a fun character and I really loved his POV. Tanner is such a hilarious character, I love his sweetness. I also adored Locke's possessiveness and the way he and Ranger interacted. Laken was a great main character my favourite interactions were between her and Ranger!

You should definitely read the Assurance Security duet and Queen of Spades before this to get the full experience but this is "technically" a standalone. I'd recommend all of them honestly

All In by Jillian West is the third in the Assurance Security Series. Finally Ranger's book! I've been excited for this since the first in this series. Ranger surprised me. Laken is a strong, smart Omega and builds the perfect pack for herself. I can see Locke and Ranger working together. But Tanner is just the complete opposite. Love him. Love what they all bring to Laken. Looking forward to the next in this series. HEA. TW to watch for.

I received an ARC copy.

As usual, Jillian West's books are phenomenal. In All In, West tackles an omega verse story while keeping the adventure of taking out a crime family (A common thread for the Assurance Security Books) present enough to still be the story. This book was really more about the blending dynamics of two neuro spicy characters, a real psycho (and yet I love him), and a legitimate golden retriever energy man. It definitely makes for some interesting moments!

I can't tell you enough how excited I was to read this book. I loved Ranger and his crazy ways from the first time he entered the scene in previous books. I didn't realize how much more I would love him. Then, he enters Lakens' other two alphas and dang talk about swoon worthy. This book was top-notch and full of love, spice, and a good plot.

I have been ready for Ranger's book. I do recommend reading the Assurance Security Book in order and reading Queen of Spades before starting this book. You can read this as a Standalone but A LOT of cross-over characters and spoilers will happen. But back to Ranger, I think I feel for him more than I did seeing snippets of him in the other books. When he and his crew rescue Larken he doesn't know his life is about to change. Larken and her men are perfect for each other and this book just flowed and I didn't want it to stop. I can't wait for more in the Assurance Security Book world.

A kidnapped omega is rescued by a psychopath and finds love with him and two other dudes. It's a bit gruesome at times and super smutty in others. But, the best part: there are dogs. I mean, cute dogs (or any other animals) can elevate a story from boring to average. Sweet.
